This is not a DIY for making a knife sharpening tool. It's a customization of a knife sharpening tool. The only DIY appears to be the handle on the part holding the stone :(
congratulations.everything is nice and healthy.but i think it would be better if the cutting range was wider but it can also cause vibration in the saw. thanks for sharing.
This is a shocking video - gloves while using a table saw? no splitter after the blade, pushing the material with both hands either side of the blade - all big no-nos - asking for kick back and a fairly terrible example to others out there.
@@melissaburns5240 I don't know if you've ever seen the aftermath of a sawblade catching someone's hand but it ain't pretty. My high school shop teacher told us once that of all the woodworkers his age that would boast about not using guards he only met one who wasn't missing at least part of a finger
Parts list would help as well, lol, thanks also wondering on this video you were cutting circles with what looked like some kind of saw but with the vacuum hose in front of it couldn’t make out what it was, did you by chance make a band saw?
Great job!!! Well thought out . I’ve been wanting a jointer but putting one of those big suckers in my shop would take up to much room. This is going to be a built-in on my move able work bench ! Thanks for the video!
