2017 Nissan Titan. SAME EXACT ISSUE. Transmission is confused what rpm to shift at regular driving. If you drive aggressive no issues. I noticed in TOW mode it drives better. Dealer has TSB for TCU update.
Consider unplugging the battery moniyoring system at the negative yerminal area My 2018 qx80 never idled so smoothly. The car is now supplying 14.4 volts charging. No more run down batteries at 12.04 volts.
Bg44k, Chevron Techron, & Redline are all I've used. When I purchased mine I had done the topend cleaner and it helped me pass inspection and it clean up my rough idle and cleared p0420 & p0430 codes! No kidding 🧘🏽♂️
Update 7.21.24 Made 2700 miles after last check engine light. Was using "seafom" injectors cleaner $6/bottle for half tank. Ate least 3..4 bottles needed
My 2018 QX80 randomly went into the no start situations over the past 2 yrs but usually would start when cooled down or boosted. Changing out the battery helped for a while but it seemed like the summer heat would kill it. Infinity replaced battery under warranty then I replaced it 3 times until I learned about the Nissan starter problems. The $90 Amazon starter replacement took me 3+ hours to swap out as it's located under the manifold but not a difficult job thanks to videos online and has never went into the no start situation again so problem solved. This should have been a Nissan recall because it's a major problem.

I’m based in UAE, I took my patrol y62 2016 se to many and all services were done in Nissan authorized, but they couldn’t figure it out and saying no codes, no problem. But as you experienced, I had the same issues rpm hesitation at lower speeds and intermittent. Perfectly fine at higher speed. I’m now with -major service done at authorized service-same issue persists, like you refered many forums, changed battery, changed Maf sensor, bit improved but still intermittent. Today one of the tech suggested for transmission check, you vedio and explanation is very helpful and tomorrow I’m going to change the fan clutch. Once again thank you very much, and this was very helpful to me…👍
@@ajaykumarna I didnt make video yet, but I suggest to clean fuil injectors ! Buy at outoze few bottles of seafom, use 1 bottle for half tank. Do it at leat 3 times ... at first it may act weid, but it work very well!! Try it now, and you may not need to check transmission! It even helped with cat convertos problem.

Yes, it fixed..runs like new. Not sure what exactly helped because did many different things and I believe there is few different problems...nothing costly. What milage? I would start with cleaning injextore with seafom $6/ bottle for half tank..use 3 times, oil change every 3..4k must, air flor sensor and throttle body, battery sensor and most costly fan clutch and Trans fluid ....
2017 Armada did the same thing, I replaced the battery and no more issues. Showed up the most on hot days and the starter acted funny as well until the battery was replaced.
It runs good, recently used fuel system cleaning "techron" and injectors cleaning liqui molly... runs better...I still have problem with CATS, I have feeling that on this car engine oil should be changed every 3k miles. It has 181k miles, so pobably need new cats, new injectors...Im not sure if ever going to spend that much...but it runs well
The code came back after 2k miles. Also I was using Cataclen maybe 10 bottles before replaced sensors. Now im isung stuff to clean fuil system and liquimolly for injectors cleaning... so far 400 miles. What sensor you replaced ? Just one or both upstream and downstream?

Ours was a defective/weak/sticking starter motor solenoid. Acted up in May while on a 2,000mi. trip...then began working fine. Then acted up again in Nov...same-same. Battery was good/strong. Checked terminal #50 ( cranking ) wire to starter motor...good & strong. FINALLY got the solenoid to stick...CLUNK! Repl. starter motor ass'y. Still going strong after 2yrs. 2014 QX80, 97K mi.

Im having jumping RPM's. Transmission oil lines rotted out and lost all oil. Wife drove to work and couldn't drive no more. I Fixed lines and refilled with oil. Now, i have BCI MALFUNCTION and drives slow. Turn car off and drives like slipping between gears. My question is.. BCI MALFUNCTION doing this or tyranny??
All oil leaked out when wife drove it halfway home. I drove it the rest and was slipping more and more until I got home. Mechanic fixed lines, fill it with oil and now(after 1 mnth) drives but slips almost every gear with rpm 3,000. Then BCI MALFUNCTION comes on limiting power

Mine is making a constant whirring sound when I press start button but not cranking. Battery is new and charging plus Everything lights up. Starter still?
Mine was doing the same, recently replaced starter @ Infiniti dealership. Infiniti @ Orland Park, IL. has starter for $355 if you don’t want to purchase Autozone brand
Unfortunately After 2000...miles got po430 again. Did reset. Runs good. Will see when will get this code back again. Definitely dodnt want to replace cats.
QX runs beautifully, like never before, cleaning sensors took me 10 minutes. I wish I could do solenoids too. Cost nothing, I didnt even use any cleaners, just cleaned with microbiber cloth. Its just 2nd day of driving 50/50 highway/city. Will give update in few weeks.
im having same issue with my nissan partol at first i thought it might be Transmission Mount problem but it looks clean and no issues there according to the mechanic but thanks to your video now im more aware of the issue than before with my problem my car voltage is good same as you have in the video so i don't think that's my problem i changed engine oil and got new battery on already so maybe i need new transmission fluid or sensor issue either way thank you for the information this could save me alot of money for sure
