CATACLEAN -I used it because few time had code po430. I also chenged upstream O2 sensor-didnt help, recently changed downstream O2 sensor- car started to run better, more torque/power, made 900miles, no codes.
I have the same issue for a long time and like you, I've been searching and searching looking for a solution. Still doesn't run right! Here is what Ive done: -Cut catalytic converters and now running on 2 HFC instead 4. -Flushed and changed transmission fluid. -Cleaned Mass Airflow Sensor -Changed Fan Clutch -Changed Coolant Temp Sensor (because now it randomly starts tp overheat😟) **next move is to change thermostat. I think you are right, it isn't just one thing, but multiple issues. Great Video, keep us poated!
If its still overheating fan clutch still can be defective,..even new one. Where did you buy it? Aftermarket? Everything in this car vary sensitive... Just used cataclean 3 times during 600miles 1 bottle for half tank...runs perfect. Also thinking to replace O2 sensors in future
Just cleaned throttle body, and runs much better in heneral and at low speeds it has 175k miles and it was clean on visible area, but if you push butterfly a bit you see its dirty (someone told not to push all way) sprayed, cleaned with rug. Wait 10min before start, you may get check engine code right after start, senfor shows got air or so..just clear it.

Transmission fluid changed twice together withvalve body, it didnt help... possibly needed long time til fresh fluid gets to tourk converter...anyway I can tell for sure its many issues together
I am dealing with this exact issue NOW!!! 2016 QX80 150000 miles. We cleaned the air flow cleaner and that helped for a minute like a week then it went back and the hesitation and lack of acceleration continues right in that exact RPM window mine is between 0-40
Where did u add the shudder fix to? The transmission fluid after it was a fresh change of fluid and filter ? I can’t the dipstick ? I don’t think it has a transmission dip stick … still looking thru owner manual. I bought the shudder fix trying to figure out where to add to??

Also check you enginge oil, how often it changed? When I bought it was low level and dirty, I was changing it 3..4k few times, now Im buying filers myself or requesting to put good one. Im thinking now...dirty oil may clogge VVT valve solenoids... and I think it also may cause this type of problem. (I may replace it later too).

Yes, it fixed..runs like new. Not sure what exactly helped because did many different things and I believe there is few different problems...nothing costly. What milage? I would start with cleaning injextore with seafom $6/ bottle for half tank..use 3 times, oil change every 3..4k must, air flor sensor and throttle body, battery sensor and most costly fan clutch and Trans fluid ....
