I think many places in Asien are suitable for Young kids😊 Have you been allready to Koh Samui or Koh Nang Yuan? Koh Nang Yuan should stay at least one night. They do not have luxury Hotels but for one night it is great. But I recommend Bring Snacks with you coz it is a Bit expensive but very nice Island. 😊
agreed, Asia is very welcoming for young and big families. Yes we have been to Koh Samui and it was lovely! We look forward to exploring more of Thailand with the boys :)
Thks for sharing. We were there for 2 weeks with our 3 kids, we loved it, our fav place on our trip! We came frm Langkawi as well but stayed near Sunrise beach which we preferred more. Prettier beach + nice snorkeling in a safe swim area. Shops + restaurants right across the street, beach a few mins walk, we loved the location. It was so nice having the shop across the street, we were always buying drinks + snacks. But no kitchen which we missed! The fridge was what allowed it to work tho. I had seen the apartments you are in and was tempted with the kitchen but it seemed a bit far frm walking street and more walking with 3kids. I walked the whole island every day but walking in the heat was not my kids idea of fun 😂 What did you think about location? I so wish there were options with kitchen like that on sunrise side! Maybe I should book 1/2 trip there next time to try it. Would love to hear what you loved/would change + if you would go bk? We will be back next year, such a stunning place and great for families 👌
Thanks for watching! We also absolutely loved it and were surprised by how many families and young children were there. How was stating on sunrise beach? Nice accommodation? We discussed the idea that with a baby less than one year old we are more sunrise than sunset people until Fred gets older. Our accommodation was good, we used the kitchen a lot but it was a walk to get to walking street and Pattaya beach was nice but the sunset beach was nicer as the water was calmer and less boats. We will definitely go back there for longer, when Fred is around 18 months. Best part of George now wants to learn to snorkel and has a mask and is practicing 👏🏼Such a beautiful little spot isn’t it? X
@@GemmaGeorge We stayed a few mins walk frm sunrise in more budget fam room that had 3 beds… but there are some beautiful places on sunrise beach. It’s trickier for us bc we have 3 kids and can’t fit into a 2xqueen room. But the blessing is that our oldest is 12 so we could fit in lots of sunset dates without them, ate without them often + just brought bk takeaway. My kids loooved the snorkeling + were thrilled to see nemo clowns + puffer fish. I loved the safe swim area for snorkeling on sunrise as there are a lot of boats.
Hey! Thanks for watching 😊 yes, we went to pee pee national park on a boat and even took the pram. Make sure you take a papoose or harness to carry the baby in, we took a smaller boat to get to James Bond Island and also took George out in a kayak. He doesn’t make them seasick because the boat doesn’t go fast enough, but we just found it really really hot so be sure to have a fan and some moves and cross that you can wet and put the fan in front of to blow cold air onto them. Should they need it. Just a bit dodgy but that’s Thailand. George had a good time and we had a good time too 🤗
Somehow it May Sound crazy but when we travel does not matter by car or plan, we choose night time for our pets coz they sleep and we have No stree. 😉♥️

Eating local food is the biggest money saver I think instead of eating at western chains which still charge you western prices. Also local food is tastier and you can ask questions about the area and things to do - locals always know! 😊

Loving your videos! Very inspiring. Our baby is due next month and we're trying to work out when to go on our next trip, maybe to SE asia. Was there a reason you went when George was 9 months specifically or do you think going earlier is an option? We were thinking maybe xmas when our baby is just three months old but guess it depends on how the baby is, we know they are all different!
Hi! Thanks for watching 😊 we will give George bananas, rusk biscuits and porridge. We were also a big fans of the sachet food for toddlers, which I just warm up or give them at room temperature which helps to balance out their nutritional needs. Plenty of food for toddlers was also available in supermarkets here in Thailand. Hope that helps! Feel free to ask any more questions 😊
Hi, thank you for your video. Very informative. I have a travel plan for end of April. I plan to visit on Saturday. We are thinking to start for the place at 3PM. Do you think we can do gardens by the bay, cloud forest, flower dome, observatory and the skypark observatory too? (Intend to leave by dinner 8:30pm) I have a 5 year old and i don't want it to be strenuous for us.
Hi! Thanks for watching 😊 Saturday is very busy, we would recommend buying your tickets online for cloud forest/flower dome. Currently, they have an avatar themed exhibition on at the cloud forest and Japanese themed flower dome, both very popular. I’d say allocate 2 hours for each. Do the domes first and then go explore the gardens, 3pm is peak heat so potentially very hot! Both domes are air con and then you can explore the gardens, eat and see the trees for both light and dark - the shows at night are lovely and I’d say do the skywalk around 7pm when it gets dark 👍🏼 hope that helps, if you have any other questions let us know. They also have reopened a water park which is free for kids, if you want to bring swimming gear for your 5 year old 😊
