We travel about in a Auto-Sleepers Winchcombe motorhome, which we use for relaxation and, when the night is right, remote astrophotography. Unfortunately, too many people keep buying Astro gear, so it’s always cloudy, but when it’s not, we can get some marvelous images of deep sky objects to share with you. Come and join us on Vandromeda’s Travels
Hello sir hope you doing well, i wonder how is it when you use it while on plug to the charge. I'm sure you used it alot by now i hope you will tell me more about it Because I'm planning to buy one soon Regards
Hi I love Ecoflow & we like seeing your blogs & we have to take 2 mobility scooters with us those that come apart sill very heavy to lift about how do you get on with the trailer you have Thank you Cliff & Marie
It's spot on for something the size of a Tramper or Breeze S4/S3 and so on - big machines. Armitages, though, do a double scoot trailer - in fact they can make to measure, as well, although I'm not sure of the lead times...
Hi David love the trailer, will make a great difference for you. Different topic but I wondered how your coffee machine working out? I'm looking at getting the same one. Love the vlogs. Hugh
Oh, it’s smashing - so much so that Gill keeps threatening to bring it into the house (can’t say I blame her). Does coffees just the way we want with little fuss, and it’s consistent - plus, it runs very nicely off the ecoflows without sucking all the juice out…
Great vlog as always , as mentioned by another , is the tow arm lockable , its ok to take it off when not in use , but makes it easy to remove even with a trailer attached , so defeats having a lock on the tow hitch , love the new scoot , look forward to hearing more about the air suspension
Hi David. Yes please mention any accessable info on your travels please. I'm in a wheelchair we met at Harrogate show where we talked about your sound on RU-vid cheers
David, Looping the cable around the tow ball is not recommended, it's best to attach it to the tow bar just in case the tow ball has not been connected properly. Looks, like a nice bit of kit very sturdy.
Great vlog guys, be very interested in the before and after with the VB full air as have been thinking about getting it, it’s just the eye watering price 😂
We're awaiting Merc signing off on the front strut assembly (I think it's called) alongside VB Air, so may have a wee while to wait yet, but, for sure, it's happening. I've got some thoughts on the matter which will be proven or disproven once the job is done. If I'm right, it'll be game changing.
That trailer is a beautiful thing, I need an Allegro sized one…. New scoot looks a beast matey, should make all the difference getting around in style, I would be checking it fits through pub doors over van garages… good luck up plating, we went up to 4250 air on rear, loads of beer payload 😂
Armitages can probably sort that for you! And aye, beer payload is a good thing... the more the merrier, I suppose you could say! The new scoot may be getting changed - it's a long story - stay tuned!
Yes, we've found that £36 a night seems to be the average for Campsites these days. Agree with you on the overload of meeting lots of people. However, it was very nice to meet you two at Southport.
That was a definite plus - and a cracking venue to choose for it, too. Dare we share, d'you think? Don't want to go back and find they've no potted shrimp!!!
New Lodge Farm seems to be very popular amongst youtubers. I also know where it is because I originated about 5 miles from there and also had friends and relatives living in Bulwick village..
Loved the vlog , lots of very usefull info , not sure we would spend as much on a night as some of those and yes have watched the other vlogs 🫣 , just a few older ones to catch up on 👍
These are absolute rubbish if you want to use a solar charger. I left mine charging for an hour and it didnt even charge it 1%. They also DO NOT keep a laptop going for more than an hour
Not something I've tried, and, to be honest, we've retired ours now... 5G, where we are, isn't even close to being everywhere yet, so 4G's still needed...
depends on which side the spring's on - reversing in from the spring side is doable, but trying from the unsprung side is very problematic. Folks who put this kind of thing in must, I think, assume that mobility aid users always have someone with them. Couldn't be more wrong. Independence is key!!!
I never see a major problem with beer being nice enough to drink a lot of….. cask is definitely the best option. Looked a nice site that and a decent birthday too. May 18th is my birthday too (Rick)
Hi both. I was impressed at you saying Rhuallt the welsh way Dave. I live in Wrexham so not too far away. We used to go to the whitehouse for a meal a lot years ago, before the caravan park was there. Glad you enjoyed it. Happy Belated Birthday Gill xx🧁🎁🍰❤️❤️xx
We stayed here in March and it was a really nice site, the staff could not have been more helpful and the surroundings are great. It was our first time on metred electric and being a chilly March weekend I expected to use a lot with the heating on all the time. But we used about £15 over the three nights. About a week after I got home they emailed me and offered me a partial refund (in vouchers) because they realised their electric rates had gone down before we stayed there which I thought was a nice gesture.
We visited Red Kite in 2021, absolutely loved it, we agree it is the best kept site ever. We loved the view down the valley and seeing the kites wheeling above. The walk down into town fairly easy, the journey back up quite challenging. The metered electric is new since then, but would be totally happy with their system. It’s only people who abuse unmetered power that are unhappy with meters.
Not stayed at that one , but a couple of others in the area , will now shortlist it , electric use works out well , as for the local roads , they are cause for a bit of squeaky bum time , thanks for the vlog
Aww, what a cracking end to a cracking video🤣 I’ve waited for this video to see what you both think of this fantastic site, you’ve put my mind at rest as the electric bollard was putting hubby off ever going again, I shall now be onto him to book it up😉😊 so glad you both enjoyed it there, safe travels to you both 😊
Thank you!!! Yes, on the bollard and elastic trickery thing, we were well impressed, and not a little delighted, truthfully. I’d been a tad worried - need not have been, as you saw.
