This is why we gotta be honest about fighters. Everyone acting like AJ was new and reinvented when he just was matched up against guys to get his confidence back. He still had the same flaws as even the Ruiz fight and didn’t fix don’t nobody criticize this mf
There are 100% flaws on the offensive for Bivol. He drops his right hand a lot during his combo flurries and his left hook is very wide which leaves him open for a hard counter. He compensates for those flaws with very fast feet and hands for 175. Beterbiev's team will see these flaws and have Beterbiev programmed to look for certain things. Considering how short and well timed Beterbiev's shots are, he will definitely counter him flush at some point. Should be a fun fight.
I rewatched today The ref actually did a good job in my opinion. Daniel was using his head he warned him and daniel threw a blatent low blow and he jumped on him straight away for it As for the knockdown, im a bit torn, the ref did the wrong hand signal to wave a slip, which you can argue it was. He did the wave the fight off hands instead of waving them to show it was a slip, but he ruled it a slip straight away Now.. the problem is joshua was so badly off balance even when he didnt get hit with anything he went flying, technically that can be a knockdown, because the reason he went down is he was buzzed from a previous exchange As for the knockout, joshua lands an absolute corker of a shot, in my opinion the best landed punch of the fight. He then proceeds to do his best Pacquiao impression and runs into a right hand If you freeze frame it, both his hands are down he throws a right uppercut from the outside so some of his momentum runs into the counter right hand. An absolutely horrible mistake, but....he might not have been all there because most of the times he got touched he was on wobbly legs His defence in this fight was horrendous, his hands werent protecting him and daniel took full advantage Great performance from Daniel, he absolutely bashed him from pillar to post. Maybe just maybe if joshua hadnt been so reckless at the end he might have had a chance to land another big one later and could have been different
When you hit AJ in the side of the temple, all his inner roadman and gangster fades away from his body into the ether, how amazing of a FRAUD Ben Davidson is, I'm completly at a loss for words at how bad of a boxer AJ is, he cannot move and be in a position to punch, he's clumsy and ploddy. I cannot believe this guy came out trying to download information and BOX with Dubois, absolutely unbelievable, and even with frauds for boxing trainers, AJ is embarrassing with all the prefight gangster antics "Dan I don't take disrespect lightly" "I'll smack this chair across your face" Yeayea, it's all cool until a guy comes to fight and lands a shot behind your ear - dropping his hands, doing all this moving around that only some misbegotten animal would call "footwork", man...
This video shows the real perception around DDD. Been going around, listening to people thoughts on DDD past months and previous fights. People are such hypocrites now. Acting like they knew this was coming. AJ stock since Usyk 2 has been the highest it has been in years. Now people saying AJ always been overrated and DDD is now some closet kiIler. Apparently people don't remember Hrgovic just quit against DDD. DDD was getting handled. Now DDD is some kind of God.
Precise you know better than anyone else to me I was re-watching the Daniel Dubois fight against Alexander Usyk and how many people said that he should’ve won and I’m thinking the only person that said it right with Carl Froch when you get a body shot you get it in a certain way when you get here in the testicles you go down like a sack of potatoes so yeah maybe the ref wanted him to win because of the fury fight but we all know how corrupt passing it so I’m glad it went that way I really don’t care about losses but it would’ve been a bad loss and this guy would’ve lost to the next tomato can! I don’t rate him I can’t underrated I just think he quits Lorena fight ref picked him up and then Lorena took a huge dive!! Opinion only. Peace
@@FightFilms I’m a fan of Beterbiev as well so I would be back regardless of the outcome. I just think a BOXER will always beat a brawler. I’ve studied both and I just think it comes down to the energy they will bring come fight night. Similr to tonights fight (Joshua vs Dubois) I don’t know if you saw it or who you were rooting for but I knew Dubois would win and even betted on him. I’lll disregard your attempt at a insult because it doesn’t affect me I wouldn’t even consider your comment a diss to be honest
I thought Joshua would win prior to this fight. But my theory about Joshua being mentally damaged from last year came true. The moment Dubois threw the first punch he started to wobble around like a Looney tunes character.
9:10 proved to me you haven’t ever really boxed and just analyze fight film with lack of experience, that was a terrible time for Bivol to throw a left jab as the overhand right is coming? If you jab that overhand right is going to keep going regardless and tag you on the chin over your jab, I agree with countering maybe with a step back left hook or a catch and shoot, but not jabbing as an overhand right is coming right at you 😂😂😂
Yes I have growing up me and all 4 of my brothers boxed and now my little brothers are going professional with the diaz brothers next year, don't get offended i'm just critiquing your actual fight iq, is what I stated incorrect? I've watched some of your videos before and I always have the same conclusion about your channel, especially when you said canelo vs caleb plant was a fixed fight and caleb plant ducked into canelos uppercut on purpose when he was hurt, when canelo met him with an uppercut as he bent at the waist which is a normal common thing in boxing.
AJ had this bad form from the very beginning, he doesn't tuck his chin for some reason. He could have just tucked the chin and kept a high guard. Credit to Dubois though, he came in there to take his head off and he did.
Expect a lot of people to say usyk got koed by dubois "clearly legal body shot". Bunch of clowns. Hope Usyk stays and takes the belt back from Dubois after beating Fury and makes a few undisputed defenses before retiring.
They are not Sloopy, the Isaev pendulum style boxers like to throw their punches in an upward motion for them this is a more relaxed and faster way to generate power, they are different styles of boxing. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-fksyrnF_pwM.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-7d89yDbhrV0.html
Bro you don't know what you're talking about, Bivol is my technician, only you don't understand Isaev's Russian pendulum style. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Yrz5fVy9hLE.html
Beterviev rehydrates to 200 lbs in fight night, Zurdo Ramirez rehydrates to 210lbs, Joe Smith Jr 200lbs, Anthony Yarde 210lbs, even a former 168lbs fighter like Benavidez rehyrates to +200lbs, Bivol rehydrates to 185 lbs in fight, weight has a lot to do with power and punch resistance
Bivol has power but he is the smallest boxer in 175lbs, he only rehydrates 10 lbs in fight night(185lbs), he fights boxers that outweights him by 15 20 25lbs even Munguia or Berlanga are heavier than him, Bivol's case is the same as Pacquiao's lack power at 147lbs, weight matters
@@FightFilms The lightweight heavyweights of today are bigger than those of before, they all have a 15, 20, 25 pound advantage over Bivol, weight play a big role in power and punching resistance
Hamzah Sheraz the perfect contender to TKO the hype job Troy Isley at 160lbs same weight division. I think Adammes and Lara defeat Isley at 160lbs as well.
So the glass cannon wimped out lol. Great to see from young DDD. Probably good money for the belt now seems like hes going to be fun while he has it. Good fight good night good for the division
Yeah, AJ looked weird from the jump. Chin in the air, hands down, being lazy. That first shot he got caught with in the 1st round was a looping shot from Timbuktu. AJ never saw it coming. Just awful. And after that the fight was already over because we know AJ can never recover after a hard shot. Now everyone is glazing Dubois, but he didn't do anything special. He just came out hot and AJ was shit and Dubois worked him. Ref for sure was awful.
Idiots still claim Dubois didn’t low blow Usyk. Dubois does deserve a rematch imo since he’s a titleholder but how the first fight went, I’m not interested.
Thats what happens when a dude comes to win. Du cheat went full matt Damon . I thought aj was stronge mentally but his technique was trash tonight. Du cheat did what berlanga was supposed to do vs canelo.
Hmmm the finish looked fishy. He hurts Dubois and throws a weird lead uppercut. At the same time we should of seen this coming from the Helenious fight. So I'm caught in two minds.
@@apologyman376 it gave shades of tank vs cruz and garcia. AJ threw the same punch three times with no faint, level change, or anything. the thing is, like you said we know AJ is a scary cat and we also know he’s not good with pressure and power is on him. its very interesting.
I agree with everybody saying Joshua is more overrated than we thought. That last exchange, he was throwing the same telegraphed punch 4-5 times in a row, Dubois finally got the hint and countered. No elite level fighter would do that even when he smelled blood in the water.
