Honestly man. Thanks for uploading this. I struggled for this very thing for so long but have been unable to find anything on it. It’s so nice to hear from someone who goes through the same thing. It’s not easy feeling like you can’t rely on your own intellect and intuition as opposed to colors but I just wanted you to keep strong. Things can get better with the right support system and treatment plan. You’re really brave for uploading your story and just wanted to say it really resonated with me.
Glad to hear that your taking less and that it’s working for you. I was prescribed Oxcarbazepine for bipolar disorder and as desperate as I am to get on meds I’m also terrified of pharmaceutical meds because of potential side affects.
I have a different type of sensory issue, where it doesn't include the feeling sense, but it does include everything else. It's sensory overload in many different and specific situations. Its due to a low latent inhibition and it's also called leaky sensory gating. Somethings I absolutely cannot ignore things, I feel like I have to even though it bothers me. I have mild OCD and during covid became super germophobic, but I graduated early so that I can get away from terrible settings, so things are really good now, except for when I have have to travel sometimes. And even still I'm a little less but still germophobic. I forgot what about it specifically but because of an eccentric mind, I may be more prone to psychosis but this isn't the case as I am a high functioning individual. I'm lucky to be very self aware, and I have adhd, diagnosed since like 3, not sure how though, aren't all 3 year olds energetic? Lol, great video!
thank you for making this video! i've been looking for more information about feverfew and this is a good jumping off point! i hope your tobacco cutting-down-on is going well!
Do you think this would be a good replacement instead of weed? I am trying to quit but just can’t wind down at night. Also, can you smoke chamomile by itself in a pipe/joint without any other mixture?
This was really helpful- thank you! Really good and concise review- thanks for just getting right into and then giving the background instead of some long ass intro 🙌🏽🔥💯
Please my english not very good please talk easy. I am bipolar and take 100mg seroquel and 200 mg lamictal?where are youfrom and what is your best combination? Please answer me..🙏
Hi, I take serequal 100mg twice a day for Bipolar 1 and pyscotic symtoms, the side effects can be hard, but it has reduced hallucinations and thoughts of suicide, I hope it benefits you...keep safe..love from UK.
I’ve quit smoking cigarettes a long ago. Although i smoke weed sometimes, but its harsh on my throat. I was wondering if i could mix chamomile as a substitute in my spliff?
@@soggycookie345 as in like roll up cigarette filters, you can still get the same high from using them and they make the spliff Less harsh man. Amazon sell them
Sorry for the late reply. You wont be "high" like you would from cannabis but clovers do aid in muscle relaxation and slowing brain activity. Seems you have the right idea and that these herbs are more of a substitute than an alternative haha
Great points. I like how you mentioned that self harm for attention is pretty much a myth. Even if someone was to self harm for attention, it goes to show their mental state is not good, because to go as far as to harm one of your organs for attention shows that there is something you need help with.
Yes. The bigger problem arises in that the "neurotypical" (I HATE this term with a burning passion but unfortunately as of right now it is the medically correct term) population doesn't associate schizophrenia, bpd, or bipolar disorder with self harm despite the fact that these are all the main causes of it. Instead they associate it with depression and anxiety, and they even understand these diseases in black and white terms therefore thinking "well everybody gets depressed/has anxiety" and it cause them to downplay the symptoms shown by others they know through a fear of mental illness/lack of understanding/awareness.
I have tried mint and chamomile. Chamomile has a fruity taste to it kind of. Mint taste like menthol cigarettes sort of. To mimic straight tobacco i suggest a mix of 2/3 red/white/sweet clover, 1/6 bearberry and 1/6 lobelia. If you wish to mimic mentholated tobacco you should add feverfew, lemon balm, peppermint/spearment. Stay tuned on my channel over the next few months for reviews of the mentioned herbs I haven't made videos for yet.
Im sorry for the late reply. This medication I do not feel has caused weight gain, some of the older 2nd generation anti psychotics like seroquel, olanzapine and risperdal that are commonly prescribed alongside of trileptal are known to cause significant increase in appetite and can cause weight gain. Try stocking your cupboards with food that fills you up quickly and doesn't have much sugar or fat like rice, trail mix, breakfast hash ingredients or salads. Hope this helps! (Also try to avoid smoking indica marijuana if given the choice)
@@kmmed999 sorry for the late reply. Mugwort to me doesnt have much of a taste so it could be seen as a great option or terrible option depending on why you're smoking. DM me if you want to discuss different blends
@@kmmed999 this isnt personal at all so dont take it wrong but id rather not post my email on a public comment. I didnt realize youtube took away the messages on this app. We can talk in the comments thats fine :)
