Just came from watching a veteran survive an explosion of some kind where he lost his eye and shattered half his face and then I get here to see this “golf injury”…..SMH!
Honestly seems like a darwin kind of play. Wouldnt the act of double striking it increase the odds of it being worse than it already was? Why not just hit it half strength at most to where you want it, then hit it properly after? You would get an extra strike tagged on, but likely much more accurate anyway. Seems stupid to intentionally full force whack a rock with a golf club like that, no matter how you look at it.
Idk...I think if he cracked it during the round or didn't know it was cracked before the round he should have to finish without the club not get a replacement...you should have to play only what you brought
