I was not a fan of this house. It made me think of a DR.s office. How sad that the only pop of color was the kitchen sink. But that basement bathroom was the shit!! Thanks for sharing!🧡🏚🏘
Thanks Jaime for the great, cool tour of this party mansion. Liked alot about this place. Shame to see it abandoned. That sure is a old security alarm with the windows, never seen that before. Have a great day/night. Much love to you and Zay, stay blessed🥰🤗😊❤✌👍
You wouldn’t go up or down “for safety” but in fact the most dangerous place was in the open center of the church. All these old plaster ceilings are failing and pieces can fall at any time without notice.
Wow, great lobby! The details in the ceiling, the stair railings, the artistic treatment to the tops of the walls etc. Also the front entrance doors which have one round divided door where a person goes into a section and then pushes it until it faces the lobby and they can step out into the lobby or outer sidewalk. There are two regular doors on each side of the circular door - the law for putting those dates back, I think, to the fire at the Coconut Grove nightclub where many people died and one reason was because people were trying to get out, away from the fire, and the door was clogged with people and blocked the door from turning. After that, it was a new building code that required a normal door on each side of the circular door, and the normal doors had to open out to the street (not opened by pulling the door toward you). Another great video by Riddim Ryder and Zenning with Zay.
Love the view from the mezzanine. I bet this place was something in its heyday! Who the hell paints over flocked wallpaper?? Love the ceiling in the ballroom!!🧡🏚🏘
This place is beautiful but I’m sure it was something back in the day. I can picture how the ball room looked and being filled with people having a good time. Christmas they probably had a beautiful big tree in the main entrance. It’s sad seeing it empty love the mail slot. I enjoy this one thank you for sharing it. You guy’s have a wonderful day 😊
What an amazing place for you to explore. There’s a lot of history that you shared. The Rat Pack also stayed there and if you could have found the right room you could have seen where they all signed their names. Thank you RR for sharing your epic adventure. 10 thumbs up as usual!
I believe another urban explorer did a video of this place about 3 weeks ago, and he said that back in the day Marilyn Monroe used to stay in the Penthouse suite here sometimes. I believe the RU-vid channel that did that video was "RangerRickTV." Looks like the same place.
