Oh my dad loves Star Trek. I watched a few episodes with him. I like the thought of this for the pros only. They always make me laugh so I would definitely take a look and go back through them with a different lens now because I guess I never really paid so much to the choreography until I joined the group. Y'all know I'm more about dancing and just having fun but I will see how much they have evolved. Oh yes! The super monster Pros only GDFR is my favorite in that too. I love the choreography in that and you're right, it's nowhere else. I always wondered when I see that song in another playlist of the choreography is going to be the same but it's not. Wow! That shocking to me about the madhouse knowing how much you love it now. Lol 🤣and you skipped the welcome to the madhouse at first. Lol Hey....ITS ME!! 🥰😘 Got to read the fine print 🫣😂😂 Playing catch up with podcast. 👍🏾💋 Time for some PRO workouts.!! More QH and labels
For anyone watching, can I just highly recommend the mapping of Yellow, the first song in the M Flow Coldplay Artist Series workout? You want to talk about beautiful set ups? Feeling like you can dance (until you record yourself and see all the flapping XD)? It's hands down, my favorite map.
Another great podcast! I agree, I like the mixed reality, especially for other folks. But I find I don't use it much. I like feeling transported as I work from home, so I see my house every day. it's nice to visit somewhere else for a change. Even after breaks, I still come back to Supernatural because it makes me feel so powerful and the coaches really lift me up during the workout.
15:20 this is so true for me. I tried in High School to run track and just couldn't do it, I had no stamina and I was in the third heat, so not good enough to warrant attention. I never had that sports/camaraderie experience. The Supernatural Coaches and community give me that experience. A part of me wishes I could have found a sport when I was younger, I think that would have been really good for me. But I am glad I found Supernatural now.
It is so awesome getting to know Coach Doc a little better. When I'm feeling too down to workout, Coach Doc's meditations always help me get to a better headspace. I really appreciate his words of wisdom. I can never fully express just how much his medications have improved my mental health.
Great conversation! Really liked the motivation tips. The workout clothes usually works for me. Getting dressed to workout is always like 80% of the battle
Murky Monster was my first supersense. I'd never done the workout or heard any of the music before. I was moderately drunk. It blew my mind and I instantly fell in love with Supersense immediately. I think I actually kicked off that challenge...

This makes me so happy. Team barefoot here. I definitely love the dancy boxing. Interesting on his experience with debke. The only other place I've heard about it is from my mom, who's done some debke performance pieces. I'm also a big fan of full body movement, including stepping and dancing through the movements, rather than planting feet like they are embedded in concrete. Also, I'd love a link to that Justin/Mark SBS. In terms of not stopping, I think we've chatted on FB specifically about that continuous movement aspect from a different Mark Madhouse SBS. Also, I love the idea of Madhouse head-canon
Team socks on a mat here! But amazing episode. Loved getting to know Justin and find out so much about what goes into the design of these workouts! Keep the amazing content coming!!!!
I loved Just Dance on my Wii, that I still have..lol. I love that Julia asked what Justin likes to eat..lol..Yum..sushi...cooked for me. My family was stationed in Japan. My brother was actually born in Okinawa. My dad being retired Air Force. The only memories I have are playing with the Japanese children. Even though we didn't speak their language, we knew how to play together. I LOVED THE BACKWARDS TRIANGLES! SUCH A SURPRISE AND GREAT LOL FOR ME!! I was definitely like huh, what the what with those triangles...reminds me of the flying aircrafts in the movie Star Wars but I think I said in my video geometry shapes..lol 🤣 Circle of hate...lol sooo crazy fun! This was the best episode! A joy to watch you all and listen! Time for a madhouse workout! 🙂
Yes your video of the crazy triangles is the first gameplay of the madhouse monster I saw. I will always think of you during those parts! Thanks for watching Yoli and supporting us like you do! ❤ - Julia

Thanks for introducing me to your channel in the FB SN community group. Could I please 🙏🏻 make a request for the longer videos to include a timestamp or chapters of the topics covered?
Thank you so much for tuning in! We would love to make chapters of topics, but until our channel is bigger, we are not allowed to use that feature. We do plan on using it when it is available to us because we know it will be helpful to our viewers!
To speak to the lack of creativity for the boxing maps, you have to remember that boxing is basically composed of six punches (jab, cross, lead hook, rear hook, lead uppercut, and rear uppercut). If they were to make the maps creative like the flow maps, we would be punching at weird angles and could cause injuries. So for that reason, boxing maps will always be rather dull compared to flow maps.
I completely get this… They have what they have and the mappers do a fantastic job at being creative with what’s there. Mad respect for boxing but but but flow is where it’s at for me 🤭
@@mjane1111 😁😁I get it. In the beginning I was doing Supernatural and FitXR for boxing....but YOU COULDN'T TELL ME that Supernatural wasn't the best thing in the world!😁
This one is near and dear to me. I consider myself part of the second wave to join Supernatural (I started in July 2020). Back then I used to compete with people on the leaderboard which would cause me to go HARD to get my points up. As a result, by December 2022 my right shoulder was aching bad. Long story short, I had/have a strained rotator cuff. So as soon as boxing was released, I switched almost exclusively to boxing (to relieve the ache in my shoulder). Now I'm at the point where my workouts are probably 90-95% boxing during the week. Pros Only Legend is the gold standard to me. It's the only boxing workout that actually makes me nervous before I do it. But, I haven't done all of the pros only either. I'm also a "rigid" boxer. I imagine myself in the ring (or fighting some people from my childhood). I'm also a believer that boxing is twice as hard as flows...so a low boxing = a medium flow, a medium boxing = a high flow, and a high boxing = a pros only flow (AT LEAST UP UNTIL THE MADHOUSE SERIES!)
I think now that I've listened to this I will have to see if I'm following along with the triangles but knowing me I'm just doing my own thing dancing...lol 😂
The original Pros Only from April 2020 was really not that complex (ESPECIALLY compared to now). The first Pros Only that they really advertised and got people excited about was Pros Only - Light It Up. Came out the day after Christmas 2020 and EVERYBODY from the Supernatural group did it and was posting about it. They have since removed the song "Watercolour" which was SOOOOO DOPE! It had a cross body movement that was new (and they still haven't done again). I LOVE THE MADHOUSE SERIES!!! EXCEPT FOR THAT DAMN SUDDEN DEATH BY MEGADETH! UGH! That map just makes me cuss!!! Those drum roll strikes in Black Metal from Welcome to the Madhouse give me life!!!
I was already on a healthy fitness lifestyle before Supernatural. I found supernatural on a whim too. My ex-boyfriend family had a quest and I watched him play some dinosaur game and then I tried it out and that's how I ended just buying the headset. I did look for exercises and came across fit xr before supernatural. Congratulations on your sobriety Marla. My mom was an alcoholic. She is on her 12th year of being sober. I'm so sad about her being in the hospital, I find it hard to escape into the headset because I feel guilty to escape because she's suffering. 😞🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️I want to get in my headset but then I don't. My Dad is the main caretaker for my Mom and seeing all that he does weighs heavily on my heart and I'm so far away. I did go for two weeks and then returned back to where I live, 16hrs away. Ugh 😩 Anyways, new day! Thankful for this episode. 👏🏾😘❤️
It would be cool to see the thought process and who did the choreography. I'm glad for the visual of seeing you both. Thanks Julia for tricking Marla and got her sold on the RU-vid channel. Lol, emotional rollercoaster on those brackets. Hi tater 😄
Thanks for another episode! Interesting discussion at 1:00:00 about when is the last time they included a Warmup Song. I suspect they got rid of them because we were getting zero points for 90 seconds of bat-swinging. I actually think that many recent workouts take it easier on song 1 but at least we are getting points during the easier track one. For the history: I see these as the last three with a zero-point warmup song: Roller Rink - "Bust a Move" from 8/4/2023 has a 1:35 warm up song. Before that, it was Guilty Pleasures - "Notes from the 90s" from 5/10/23 with a 1:36 warmup song. Rock Boom Baby "Twist + Tone" from 5/5/23 with a 1:32 warmup song. If you look at workouts by year with Zero-Point Workout: 2024: Zero. 2023: 14. 2022: 125. 2021: 258. 2020: 191 They definitely fell out of favor after January 2023. In 2023, there were 8 in January, 2 in February, 1 in March, 2 in May, 1 in August and that was the last one. It seems like they made the decision in January 2023, but a few workouts already in process were delayed and dribbled out later in the year.
Well, I have learned that all the jumping in fact does hurt my ankle so I have to be very careful with doing that one from now on. Its the most fun though.
Siren forever!. I wasn't in the Harry Potter so I don't have a home yet.. maybe this year.. I have mad respect for people that have complete the library but that is just not a motivation that I have cause I don't want to do workouts to music that I may not enjoy. I need my JOY!! ...Rate the workouts! Got it!!
❤️🫂🥰It was such a blessing to finally get to meet you Marla...we must plan a trip to Julia. 😂😂😂my skin, aww thanks ☺️...😂😂😂🥰🥰 I hope if they do a convention its centralized so I can drive there...time to get some cheese balls 😂oooo weee, that 100K for me was challenging and I didn't plan on it, only knowing I wanted to win for my team competition when we hid our points. 😂. I like surprising people 😊 FREEZE FRAME IN A PRO...YES! ❤..... 🫣🤫🤔do I dare try an older one. . I may....I have Monopoly GO 😂😂it is fun and faster on your phone....hey Tater 😂😍😘tater knocked the notes off.......lol ok going to Walmart 😂😂😂..SUPERFREAK 🙋🏾♀️🫣🤫🤣
Great episode! I trained for two months for the 100K week. While I had the guidance and support of one Centurion, as I sit here three days after the week, I have so many notes that I want to get down to help future athletes who want to go for the 100K week.
You are one of the two athletes I was speaking about during this episode. So proud of you and your 100k accomplishment!! I’d love to read your notes about last week. I too have a “training and helpful” tips document that I’ve been hesitant to share with the larger community. It would be great to collaborate on it with other Centurions. Thanks for listening 🙏💕
Sock shoe, sock, shoe...🙋🏾♀️😂😂😂 Mostly ,very rarely the other way 😂 Love Amazon!! I definitely need the fan and I don't wear glasses but I get sweaty and get so hot and fog up the lenses. 😂 I couldn't live without my sweaty panties and ski mask to combat my sweaty face. 😂
I love Jessa Jumps .lol She reminds me that I can just do my own thing and dance. I find if I try so hard to focus on my form, I don't have as much fun. 🫣So I may do it for a little bit but then just go back to dancing and I'm more relaxed and not feeling so rigid and trying so hard that it makes me mad when I miss a target trying to focus on form 😜but that's me. I'm moving, I'm still winning! 💯💪🏾
😂 I have yet to do this...sounds like we need a supersense party 😂....Never thought about sharing my yellow boxes. Now I will. 🙂sing it Marla 😍... I think I've been saying Joy turn my home doing this like not ball..lol 🤣🫣🤭 I love the disco ball and the rainbow ... It didn't. I need to catch up and do that game time workout. Yeah, yeah! Lol... turn the knees on Marla. Now I got to go find one. I think there's one I just can't think of it. Lol... Different strokes for different folks and our different moods at times, We are still all stronger together! Trying to live by that! 🫣😘❤
Lol... bless your heart sweet tea... I have headbands, sweat panties and my ski mask for my face...lol. That is the hardest battle, just getting ready and dressed but I have a designated small closet for workout clothes I just go to and pick out a set that's already put together. I have the big Google speaker play some music every morning to get me motivated and ready to workout as I'm getting dressed. But before all that, the first thing I do is make my bed when I get out of it and then read a devotional and have a little prayer time.
