This is a great video, & to whoever has posted this on RU-vid you have my gratitude. So much modern fitness/kickboxing & MMA stuff out online now, not that any of them are bad, but I prefer very old school training methods so this video does the trick.
In 1972 while training at Honbu in Tokyo, I requested Kancho Oyama to make a kyokushin kihon video. I am pleased to see the very same techniques faithfully restored and repeated. Many students will benefit from emulating these skills. Bear in mind this doesn't take the place of actual sparring. Both must work in tandem. Bruce Anthony .
back before america started drugging the shit out of it's children, this is how you dealt with hyperactive kids. you took them down to the ol' ymca and enrolled them in karate classes. i'm a shotokan kid, myself lol. and btw, thanks for the upload. i didn't know fighting black kings had a sequel.
Don't be fooled by the fact that Chinese martial art or wing chun is better bcoz Bruce Lee had learnt it.. He himself incorporated many techniques from Karate, taekwondo and filipono martial art...That's what works.. Get the best of all worlds!!!
