The way he is running with those weights is bad for his joints and if he does it alot he will suffer from joint damage that would have to be repaired by surgery which would weaken him. You should not run around with heavy weights. Possibly 5lbs dumbells would work instead and less jerky motions. Just punch tighter, it also will not ruin his back. He is clearly just showing off though.
