Also, it looks like you're shooting with a DJI Osmo 3 camera, I think you might be on the tilt locked mode, which limits the camera from moving up and down, I suggest you change the gimbal setting to be on follow mode, which allows you those up and down shots to feature the crown molding and baseboards with ease.
This is a luxury custom home?? How? You have missing kitchen cabinet handles in your video. This is a luxury custom home to someone coming from an apartment or someone who has no idea what their looking at. I'm sorry, but the word custom and luxury is used by everybody now and it's become watered down. True custom/luxury homes have a finished basement and there are zero raw studs showing anywhere for the potential buyer. I hope this home is under a million because where is the value for the money?
Thank you for taking the time to write, but I cant film the day before move in. there is still pressure washing, paint, and cabinet punch happening when i film most houses. Also this home was built for the buyer.. so get with them as to why they didn't finish basement 😂
I love the floor leveled showers that walk through. It's so much easier if you are aging and/or have mobility issues. There is also plenty of floor space.

Client knew what they wanted, the goal was to provide natural light in bathroom/Music Room. Since no window could go in either room. personally, I feel less energy loss with a solar tube. also smaller area for a leak to occur compared to a skylight.
This home of 5000 sq ft is too expensive for it not to be 100% finished, with only two living area an atice and much more, garage and basement and better clearing of property for more acreage around the house and backyard areas, just a total rip off for the person or people who purchase this unfinished property.
