How did you get the nuts off of the occupancy sensors? I'm assuming yours were those 10-point external torx as well, but I cannot seem to find any sockets for it
Great tips thanks, it seems like the seatbelt receiver extension would make the lap belt pretty high, does the lap bely actually come into contact with your body and hold you in with it going over the seat like that?
Checked out your last video, would have commented there but you can't because it's set for kids. Anyway great run, i was planning on moving up to interstate next time as well, maybe get stuck behind people less and get rid of the boring lead follows.
2:09s is hustling that thing, I've already got one track day down this year, it was wet, waiting for a trailer to get to the next one. Hope to see you out there again.
Comments are turned off on your latest video from 11/03/23. Nice lines, im sure i could pick up a few seconds if i could learn from your video. Nice driving, was great talking to you on this day and the last.
It didn't last 3 months. LOL A big dip in a parking lot took it out. The hole was full of water on a cold rainy night. It cracked in half. I don't know if I'll replace it again for a while.
@@elstukov I am still unsure if I'll replace it. I probably will just because I like the look. But, the roads/parking lots around here are so bad, it's like pissing $150 away each time. I just 2.5 swapped it, so what's another buck fitty! LOL. When it's cold, they become very brittle. It cracked straight in half. I tried to "plastic weld" it back together but it didn't work. The plastic just mushed up and wouldn't stick to itself. Bummer.
Best install video for this lip so far. Everyone else drills two new holes in the fender area and does not re-use that lower factory clip. The lip has a larger bottom hole on it for that factory clip. As far as the brackets go. You did it right to use the two existing screws under the car and drill two new holes in the lip because the two existing holes in the lip DONT line up. Most people just drill two new holes in the lip AND the car and put the brackets close together up front which is wrong. So to conclude you put this lip on the car correctly and only drilled the holes in each fender area. You decided to use two on each fender but I got away with just one upper screw on each fender. If I dont need to drill extra holes in the car I am not gonna do it. Once again great video.
