I see why this helps with meditation. If you take your mind off the breath you feel the cold. So that must build the neurological path ways in the brain every time you’re exposed until the brain wires a new path way. Very interesting.
While I wouldn’t do this. It’s something that I just don’t care to challenge myself with. He was doing this, and he clearly didn’t seem to breathe his way into it but panic.
It’s winter here and I grew up in a freezing cold town that snowed. Mostly windy and the wind was freezing. I wasn’t taught breathing exercises. My program is old. Im going to breathe through this winter starting with a body part exposure.. Eg my leg is in the freezing cold and now I’m understanding that I don’t have to feel it in a negative way. Very interesting.

How long after waking up should I get into cold exposure? Is it good to go into the cold right away, in a couple of minutes, or is it better to wait a half hour or hour before waking up?

I m wondering if this breath work out. Would help people with acid reflux. Becoming more alkaline and less acidic might help calm acid reflex. No idea but it might so I would like to believe it would.

У меня после первого сеанса пропало желание курить, на второй день выкурила 4 сигареты на 3 день практики 2 сигареты и курить не тянет, не знаю как это работает, но я удивилась! Кстати утром делаю все ок, а вечером не могу держать 1.5 минуты интересно с чем связано?
