Good question! The GR1 does not have the ruck plate pocket like the Rucker, but it does have an elastic sleeve capable of holding their ruck plates. It can definitely handle a 45 lb plate

That waterfall you jumped from is illgen falls, baptism river at tettegouch park in Finland mn, my good friend recently was found deceased in the water there a few weeks ago his name was Zach Bulen, my friends and I grew up there and would spend many summers doing the same also I lost and uncle at temperance state park his name was Jeremy Todd Stevens remember my friends be mindful and know what is below the water when you are jumping.
Hipster, Chinese made, low quality knives. There are many better options, more utility, better materials, fit and finish, for less money and made in a country who actually ats its citizens like humansn.
