You had me laffin & crying so hard. My 1st alpha male. Jumping up when an adult. Mine was still a pup barely and just got home racing through the house looking for me. Jumped up, I'm on the toilet and now my 1st black eye. I purchased one of those books for dummies. If they chew up your shoe, get mad get real mad at yourself who left the shoe out dummy. Now more serious it got to the point I didn't take mine out to dog parks or walking on sidewalks. Still went restaurants though. If I was alone and had gotten to the point that I would carry a gun because of loose running dogs. So we moved to a place with 2 acres fenced in the home with pool in the middle. They was happy as long as... still going to restaurants.
I thought the best part was the 2 looking out the window standing there real still while your filming their tails just swinging back and forth. Just living their happy lives
He says daddy what I want is you to get your ass up and give me something. Even if it's getting down here and wallowing around swapping spity wet kisses
Sweet baby. Nothing feels better when a creature trusts in you without limits. Sadly writing that reminded me of the sorrow caused to them by the humans who take advantage of this. Apology, I didn't begin my comment thinking anything dark or negative.
The first time my Dogo was alone in the yard he ate the above ground swimming pool, lol. Fortunately, I value my family members far more than any possession. So I laughed when I found my destroyed pool. If STUFF is important to you, be careful about leaving your Dogo alone.
Sterilizing a child for truancy??? Please! You are making stuff up that you have zero evidence for. Unless you can pony up an actual case (and I am sure you can't), I am going to call you a liar on this claim. While there were abuses, just as there are abuses in the criminal justice system and the health care system and the court system (witness the recent lawfare campaign against former President Trump), the vast majority of sterilized persons were either prison inmates, mental asylum inmates, habitual drug or alcohol addicts, or persons too mentally retarded to support a family, or often themselves. Of course, the rare exceptions to the rule, probably persons who were poor yet still marginally competent, are the only specific cases that will be highlighted by propagandists while typical cases will be ignored. And on average we are talking about a thousand persons per year in a country of around a hundred million. In other words, in a typical year, around one person in a hundred thousand, more or less, would be selected for sterilization, and that includes some cases that were consensual. Social democratic Sweden on the other hand eugenically sterilized a larger percentage of its population than Nazi Germany, and most of those eugenic sterilizations were performed after, not before, WW2, yet no one damns Sweden for "racism" or points to its policies as the inevitable or probable outcome of social democracy. There is an awful lot of highly selective scapegoating going on where classical eugenics is concerned, most of it since the 1990s. Perhaps the widespread ignorance, myth-making, and incoherent thinking surrounding this subject is proof the eugenicists were right about the population deteriorating mentally and morally in the absence of either natural or artificial selection.
Hi Nicole hope u r doing well.. My dogo gave birth recently and Two dogos are there with Us one Male n one female ...and we want to keep all three together ...can u guide is what is ur advice on neutering male baby dogo at the right age or spaying mama dogo and the female dogo baby
Adopted a Dogo, definitely not a working line. I'd never recommend one to a person who isn't willing to give up ALOT of time or are very competent.... However this beautiful lad (16 months as of post) has made me obsessed. I'm a Bully/Pitbull person but I'll be rethinking my dog choice from now on because of this one dog. I repeat, DO NOT GET ONE WITHOUT SERIOUS EXPERIENCE AND SACRIFICE!
My dogo Argentino isn’t a puppy but she’s 9 years old. She’s a rescue and has a cropped tail. She’s 24 inches tall and 77 pounds! I take her on walks often and she’s able to walk for an hour straight! I usually always take her on long walks when I walk her and she loves it! She loves to snuggle and she sleeps with me every night! She follows me around and misses me the most when my family is gone!😂
So, I have a 4mo Dogo. And I was just wondering what you guys feed yours? Because my Lil girl has such a sensitive tummy and I can't find a food that doesn't give her the poops 😢
You preach how training is key and it's up to the owner to make a good dog and then have to throw out the pitbull name in your dog attack story. It doesn't matter what breed it was it was poorly trained dogs and it's the owners fault so don't smear the name of another breed for the sake of your story. Unless I'm wrong and the pitbull breed as a whole are all wild killer dogs, because that's exactly what you're insinuating by calling them out by name while at the same time owning a breed like the doggo, I would expect you of all people to be better than this.
I don't know if you are still reading comments on this video, but I'm totally new to dogo's, I had labs my whole life, my husband had huskies and labs, we have a 12-13week old dogo and the biting has been incessant. He doesn't do it to my husband anymore, as he has definitely been more consistent than me and I think he views my husband as the alpha already, but I'm a push over and the dog knows I am..I will admit I let him chow on my hand from time to time to settle him or stop him from climbing all over our 5 year old who he loves and won't leave alone. I'm just worried I'm too late, is it too late if I start being consistent now? Obviously, I'm going to anyways, I'm not just gonna let him keep biting my hand, but I hope I haven't created a monster already...
We may retire in Argentina. We have had Pitties, Rotties, Dobies, Cane Corsos….lots of big strong dogs. Almost all have been rescues and strays that need a home. We hope to get a rescue again. We have had great success for decades.
