Hello sir stone golem, i was wondering if you still have this map in your desktop. If so can give us the download link? (Asking politely), i want to play in this map, but if there's no link to it then i understand. Have a good day sir.
Thanks for your interest, but sadly this is an old project and I dont have the file to it anymore :/ I think I accidentally deleted it at some point... The Video is all that remains of the project
@@Stone_Golem oh i see, well i guess that was a bad luck of me, but creator i like your projects im looking forward to your next project and me and my cousin are playing on your medieval map we both enjoying it i do hope u continue to build more :))
do you mean the darker green wood? that is a custom texture for jungle planks, part of the resourcepack i used. Or the green on the church roof? that is waxed copper, in diferent stages of oxidization to get a gradient
I would definitely not call it a castle, its more of a palace due to large exposed glass windows and not many options for defence, however it looks so so so good, keep up the great work!
Thank you :D Good point right there,I guess it is more of a palace than a castle. I didnt really focus on making it built for defensive purposes, since its placement on the mountain seemed enough of a natural defence. But calling it a castle still felt better, and putting that in the title to get people to watch the video seemed to have worked hahaha
the hard turning in the camera work made me motion sick, so i couldn't quite watch it all but it's absolutely beautiful! the detail is incredible, it looks like a work of passion.
Thanks for that feedback. I had to speed up some shots to make them fit in the Video, guess i went to far on some parts haha. The newer video has some smoother editing and camerapaths, I started paying more attention to that.
Thank you :D I find that whenever I build the exterior first, I usually am to lazy to add the interior afterwards. So when I wanted to build a castle with interior, I decided to build that first to make sure i dont "forget" about it later on :D
Very nice style mate. But the timelapse......so in depth. You show everything you build and not from the far distance like the big and slowly but surely boring channels. Please keep that style up,so you will keep my now earned subscription. And stay different!!!
