I've been using this one for about 5 months now and its not very good. It burns the food in the back, unless you rotate your food. I make alot of frozen cookies that came out crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle with my old air fryer, but NOT in this one. The ones in the back burn. They just don't come out right at all. My machine has a huge gap in the door! More than what I've seen in others vids. The handles do get hot. And even tho it comes with a recipe book, I really didn't like many of them. It's hard to know if you should cook on air fry or convection oven. Like for example, casseroles. I always have to guess and I never know which pan to use or what shelf, so I find myself constantly having to search for those answers, that I have come to find out gourmia doesn't answer.
I can say after just testing, its better than mix/water/egg/oil recipe and I added little sugar with pinch of salt into the mix as I had it with syrup. It's s best homemade waffle so far with free just add water pancake mix. I'll keep working on it see if I can make any improvements if I come up with any ideas.
Hry Chef. Firstly, thanks for the vid. I agree with you, if instructions say yo boil for x minutes, we first need the water boiling before adding anything. Kudos!
Are they GMO cuzvi bought a bag after they had been out and they don't have ANY freaking flavor! They should state if it's bio engineered. Can't get 'vegetables in ya' if it's fake food! Errrrr
Mine is garbage. Place food in the middle of the rack and grease somehow misses the drip tray and crumb catcher and leaks out the bottom onto the counter.
Your probe is reading all over the place because your checking the temp of your steaks while they are still sitting over a flame on the grill. No wonder the internal temp of the steak rised from 90 to 133 so fast. Your supposed to pull the steaks off the grill and probe them then if your reading is low you toss them back on the grill for a bit
I didn’t seem to like them as much as everyone else. To me, it’s like eating whole wheat bread compared to white. It’s ok but not close to the real thing imo.
Why didn't you season the sides of that steak? Amateur misteak. Also, I'm not surprised your steaks were done already - that's what happens when you crank the grill up all the way. I've learned over the years that you don't actually want to do that. You'll just burn the surface and you'll most likely overcook. Also, The "hand trick" to find out if your steak is cooked is absolute BS. There are way too many factors going on to ever reliably trust your hands firmness to check if a steak is done - just stick with the thermometer.

I know I shouldn't envy other peoples things and homes but I really envy your home. Its awesome that kitchen says everything I need to know about what the rest of your house looks like. And a double fryer what? lol.
