Inspired by Joseph Conrad’s essay titled First News, the founders of TFN named this news service after the Polish writer’s forgotten work, which foretold events of WWI. Conrad was a man of foresight, many talents, and an inspiring author.

I thought the Russian exclave has soldiers in there, someone said it's highly militarized. I know there's nukes there. Furthermore, the majority of its people wants independence from mainland Russia.

It is always interesting to read a history of Poland written THIS WAY in English. One may not be a very big fan of learning history with all the kings, queens, wars, dates, but here we have a story, an essay, making the stuff more friendly. To me it is the same thing, as reading the New Testament in German. No explanations, not too much footnotes, just a story to read. Good work, Mr. Adam, and thanks very much for it.
