Alina should stop hiring shitty artist to create items for the game, because lately the quality of the item whether it's for shop or drop items drop so hard. Alina keep accepting half assed design while there's a lot cooler suggestions design but she kept abandoning them.
My account turns 15 in September and I cant even describe how disappointed I am with how the game was handled by AE over years. It was never a great game, but it feels like they put almost 0 effort into fixing any issues that were there for years. I find it ridiculous how long it took them to make cosmetic slots in game about collecting cool-looking gear, AFTER MAKING BOOSTED GEAR?

players who's been playing the game for 10-15 years like us won't necessarily quit, we're just gonna be burnt out for like a few months and then come back when there's a new hype update like new endgame farm or class.
I think as long as there are grinds like legion revenant, there will be botters, and honestly I think, in that case specifically, they're justified. I know I'm far from optimal, one reason I'm after legion revenant in the first place, but when each individual quest takes me between 4 and 9 hours, and they have to be repeated 6+ times, it's a bit ridiculous, but that may just be my hot take.
Despite how many people play, I'm just super happy that this game is still up AND getting updates. 7 months ago I was sure that the game had been dead alongside Flash, much to my surprise when I logged in on a very stressful day. It has been my comfort game every day since.
Its one heart attack away from dying. Doubt they are gonna fix things in aq infinity and higher chances they are gonna do "ooooh look new feature, new ac gears, new harder farm, and old memes love us more".
It is a missed management, Alina doesn't really know how to Lead aqw team....compared Before when artix and dage are incharged...today Lacking of everything!
Its weird because I actually do like the super tedious grinding. Maybe because its how simple it is to just spam 2 or 3, I can play the game while doing something more important, and feel like I got some progress done afterwards. Killing the 100k monsters needed for LR was much easier when it was during lockdown classes. If anyone here is also into Gacha stuff, I'd equate this game to DBZ Dokkan Battle. That game is also like 95% grind, but because its so simple in that grind (literal bubble popping game), its easy to just have it as a side thing while doing main work. And then the last 5% is the actual difficult content, where you can see the true depths of the game. I do still think more things could be available than just Ultras, like PvP, but stuff like that requires a massive overhaul that I'm not sure AE could do by AQ2D's launch. I hate using the p word, but I do see potential that 2D has by both running well, and being a part mobile game. Simple grinding is a lot easier on your phone, after all. I'm a F2P, so I haven't played the new combat system to really see, but I just hope AE doesnt sacrifice the combat's simplicity for more depth, especially on mobile.
I bot as well but somehow I still spend my money on it 😂 aqw should adapt to what the player base wants and needs, like class updates would change the game. Introducing ultra bosses kinda help cause it’s fun not boring they all different
Ngl the game has a strong player base compared to most AAA games after a few years which is super cool but at the same time content-wise, feels a bit lack luster to me personally and as much as I love/loved playing the game as a kid and making content it gets super repetitive and a lot of the content pushed out are just kinda a little area with a few quests. Overall there's a bunch of really good things about the game I like but at the same time there's only so far they can push the current game and just need to try their best with infinity to grab more/new players to join in when the full release comes out. Wish some more aspects were actually fleshed out more for nowadays like PvP in other MMORPG's (FFXIV/WoW) and rewards gotten through leaderboards, achievement points, a working book of lore etc. etc.
I imagine that most aqw players also play grindy games like warframe, the first descendant, and destiny 2. In the case of warframe and d2 just had big updates
me who uses Shaman Class for farming though I have Lr and Archmage. I love Shaman using Elysium and Vim for helm no mana issue. I love big orange numbers😅
Hope you do a separate video tutorial of Archpaladin, LoO, Legion Revenant, and SC for killing Ultraspeaker. It's really hard for us a solo player with no friends.
honestly they should've turned the game into an idle game a long time ago. also, i dont like doing ultra bosses. so having to do long grinds while others just breeze through them via ultra's feels really bad and a main reason why i rarely play anymore
@@minimino9878 while I agree that ultras are not bad, lets not pretend there is much skill to them. Most of them are facerolls with taunting. Speaker is exception that proves the point. For rest its just a case of having a playable class+scroll/ench combo (like hp steal for Dage) and thats almost all, sadly. But then they cant make them more complex if game barely runs in 20-30fps with everything disabled. Thats sad
Id say the game is dead.. no new good content, all updates are new clothing that you only can buy with acs. They pretty much are intentionally killing the game imo

Because they are re doing the combat wich will fuck up so much things and since we know they add a class once a year for them to rework every single class in the game doesn’t sound like something they will do. And also you can see hows aq3d doing, thats pretty much going to happen in aqinf
They need to chill on the amount of grind, most of us are adults with responsibilities now. I dont have time to farm piece by grueling piece, and go to work and fulfil my commitments as a father, id like to play the game with the little time i have spare but anytime i do its just mindless clicking, no actual gameplay.

@@Qlgmancerong, u can tell this aqw normies have no clue wut an actual mmo is. Thiers a reason y it's called endgame items, very optional sht that u don't even need. And in most mmo's, endgame takes months or years to finish. Not a week, or a day.

Calling me a normie when I've been on this game far longer than most and even have my own NPC as well as a page in the wiki. I'll be enjoying my personal weapon every time I play lol.
Ultra Bosses aren't the problem for me. It's about requiring literally EVERYONE having scroll of enrage to flawlessly time the taunt. Guess what you need more time to find the right people to play with you than defeating the speaker itself.
With games like Wuthering Waves popping off, who in their right mind will pick up AQW as their new game? I'm like a 15 years old player of AQW, even I had to take a break now because it's too grindy. If I spend most of my time playing AQW, I won't get anything done in my real life. It's a game that you can enjoy playing all the time if you have generational wealth, have businesses that generate money on their own with you having to do nothing or have a remote job that's mostly consultation for projects & not actually actively doing things in the project. In short, you need free time. Time is the major thing that made me quit. I can't do illustrations, produce music, make animations [all the things I do] if I stick to playing AQW. The endgame items grind is so time consuming. I last played the game during Dage's birthday. Will probably come back during TLAPD & Anni. But that's all the time I can give. I hope the game doesn't die though. It's been a major part of my life.
aqw has been the game that my 4 (including me) siblings played all together. I remember being the oracle of the team and we would progress in the story together. Although aqw might be dying the memories are ones i hold closely to my heart. (sorry for being corny xd)
if only they could work harder on making AQW INFINITY so that we can play it on our mobile phones soon. It could potentially balloon the player count up.
I play on and off for the past 4 years ever since pandemic after not been playing for about 8 years. I think the only problem is the inability to play it smoothly especially in a crowded map and it's been like this ever since the dawn of aqw hopefully aq infinity will fix this tho
5500 players active right now, and with the move to the new game engine and a multi-platform release of AQW: Infinity there is about to be a huge influx of new players. Give it time, hopefully AE is able to pump out the new engine update before to long.
