I just bought your online course and am enjoying working my way through it. If you’re thinking of getting it and like his videos, get it! It’s a great value and he teaches so well ❤
Hi, glad you like the video. This other video I made will help with that: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-73ggP448MF8.htmlsi=MRLaa8sWD3QiETqa There’s also more in depth Blues lessons on my channel if you look at the Blues Piano playlist. Enjoy :)
Hi, Arthur, High five 👋 Love your video, love all patterns, especially the flowing ones. All added beautiful colors in music. Your teaching is very clear with score to follow.
Some great ideas there, hours of noodling ahead 😁 thanks! I’m doing your chords course atm, have to say it’s brilliant, so clear & thorough & it’s making a world of difference to my playing ❤
I get what you are saying, but this video is literally called “Epic Piano Exercises” so is supposed to be fast and energetic. I’ve got plenty of chilled piano tutorials if you look at my channel. For example: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-r3vTL7Zo9Yc.html
Hi Arthur, another great lesson - am beginning to get the Interstellar variations under the belt, working on this will be next. I really like the way you give a really simple starting point, and then gradually ramp it up. Gives us all something to aim for! And looking at the comments below, it really is never too late to learn, and with the right level of practice and application, you will get to be a competent keyboard player and bring a lot of joy into your life as well. I wish I had had Arthur around as an instructor when i was young (but no such thing as on-line lessons then and most folks could only afford an acoustic piano - how things have changed!) 😃
Thank you for these kind words Bowman. And you are right, it's never too late to learn, and there are also many ways to learn piano. You just need to find the approach that suites you. I'm glad my lessons are helping! :)
Thanks for the video! Well explained with out rushing it ALL! Will experiment and test it ALL out! Do more POP songs! Too many Beatles songs already!! Do other famous songs related.. or Little Richland - " Lucille!" Or " I Will Always Love You" by Whitney Hudson.. ❤❤❤❤❤
This is so well explained, with great visual details. It sounds beautifully too. This is a perfect tutorial and this channel deserves way more recognition.
You know after some more thoughts I think it may be just too fast for me. Why not break this down into a Udemy course for beginners "Simple Chords to sparkles" I find it hard to see the base chords you are playing on both hands and need an explanation how they progress. Again, this would make a great class
Hi, apologies for it being too fast. I’ve had some comments from followers and course members that have been with me for a while asking for more advanced tutorials as well, so I made this lesson. I’ll make sure to keep on making lessons more suitable for people earlier in their piano learning journey as well though.
Wow sounds so beautiful! 🥰 Maybe you could do some shorts with the chord to play in a loop, so it's easier to practice and it even would help to stay in rhythm. Thank you so much for all the great lessons! I've learned so much from you!
Oh my goodness!!! That is absolutely a game changer!!! That opens up so many doors and windows... I don't know if you are the originator of this idea or if someone else taught it to you but genius anyway!!
