This is like my favourite song from Owl City! and its such a pleasant surprise it dropped near my birthday! <3 it puts such a big smile on my face listening to your rendition! HUGE PROPS TO YOU AND THE PRODUCTION STAFF! 💙💙💙💙
There are a few of these already, but I thought I'd share my rendition of the romanji. I feel pretty good about the accuracy. Also, during the outro, the backup vocal is definitely singing "続けるよ (tsuzukeru yo)" whereas the written lyric in the video is "生きるよ (ikiru yo)". There's also a missing "よ (yo)" at the very end of the final chorus that's not written in the video as well. Anyhwo, lyrics! The JP could definitely be better. But there's solid musical talent here. I don't know the ori song, btw, just my native language. Am actually a pro JP/ES/EN translator for hire... And sometimes warm up by translating songs in my head (oddly, "Suite Judy Blue Eyes" could work really well in JP...)
Vet School Finals?! Ok, slay, you absolute hard-working genius. That's so freaking cool and you got this! (ALSO, I want everyone who reads this to know that it's MUCH harder to get into vet school than people-doctor medical school: there are far fewer schools, so there's more competition AND you have to learn anatomy and physiology of MULTIPLE SPECIES. And I think people should know that.) Best of luck with your finals! My sister just got into vet school this year!
@@branmci oh my gosh thank you for the kind and encouraging words!! And HUGE congratulations to your sister for getting into school!! It's rough out here but also a lot of fun!!
Totemo kakkoii. I hope you can also make covers for “My Heroine” by Silverstein, “Helena” by My Chemical Romance, “Only One” by Yellowcard or “Until the Day I Die” by Story of the Year
Not sure if you take requests. It’s totally cool if not, but I think a Japanese cover of ‘Bad Omens’ or ‘Outer space/carry on’ ( carry on is kinda a 20 second more or less addition to outer space so it’s kinda seen as a whole song rather than 2 separate ones) by 5 seconds of summer would be really cool. Love your acting and covers btw! And hope you have a great day/night😄
If only there will be more animes hiring foreign artists to sing the theme songs like Kaiju no 8, I think MCR would be great to sing the theme song of a dark fantasy anime, something like Black Butler
Came to listen to the full song from Instagram. Awesome. This deserves a lot more attention. I know a little bit of japanese, it was cool to realise you have translated the lyrics itself which I know is a pretty difficult task.
Ok. So I help run Main Events at Otakon. We need this played on the main stage…omg can we get the Sunrise Skater Kids and have an entire night of Japanese covers 😮
As an American where Japanese is my second language (日本語は私の僕の言語です。), seeing my favorite childhood jams wrote in that language is a blessing and beautiful!
