He just beat bolts(100m, 200m world record holder), van niekerks(400m, previous 300m world record holder), michael johnson(previous 200m and 400m world record holder) pbs in the 300m in this one race. Goddamm
Was the tackle by Divan Fuller Late ? Probably a moot point given the speed that Missiles travel at and that Fuller was effectively a Human Missile at the time. Was it Legal, well certainly not morally so in my book, but apparently still technically legal in terms of The Rule Book. It is the old story, take out someone who is showing a bit of artistry and finesse and see what effect this has on the opposing team. So dangerous that sometimes even The Perpetrator comes off the worst. Must be banned totally and any Footballer who indulges in this disgusting behaviour banned from playing Collision Team Sports.
This is not Gridiron, that tackle was late, whether he lined up the guy up or not. Did he influence the direction of travel of the ball? No. After the player passed the ball, he obviously didn't expect to be tackled and didn't brace himself for a possible tackle. Have you ever played against a deaf and dumb team? I have, and it was the toughest mach I ever played, as they didn't hear the whistle and kept on playing, tackling the living daylights out of you, when you stop, because of the whistle. Same thing happened here.
That tackle was a Legal tackle and it definitely wasn’t late. I’ve played rugby league for 20yrs and taken out my marked up player like that on numerous occasions and same as it’s happened to me on numerous occasions. It’s a bloody contact sport and is expected. That was a great tackle with n malice involved.
Body weight plays huge factor in tackles you can't disagree with science. There is also a big difference between played rugby and commenting, and only ever watched rugby and commenting.
That was a late tackle,if you can't see it get you're eyes tested. a Red card on the spot and a further few games on the sideline. I am off the opinion a knuckle sandwich will further clear thee air. Cobus🐳

All you complaining about the tackle have obviously never played rugby. I was playing u19a (1st team) from gr9 15yrs old. The tackle was 100% legal and the ref is a moron for giving a card. Your size doesn't matter if you on the field we are all subject to the same risks. It was an awesome hit.
@@nonkumbuzotile5462 I don't know what that has to do with it but I went to HTS Oude Molen, Matric 2002. Would you like my weight and height and 100m time to?
Tobago is talented and a complete sprinter. He is truly world class in all the 3 sprints. He is in very limited company when it comes to this. He is only 20, and now really learning to slow down on the showboating.19.50 in the 200m. He is improving every year.
Fair tackle, card is bollocks, what was it for? Being too good? And the point of but hes bigger is rubbish why isnt the clearly smaller lesser skilled player in a grade that is more suitable? Its always preferable to give a dispensation to a lower grade rather than up. Do his coaches not care or are they making up numbers to field a full team? ill also note the tackler is not the biggest player on the field at all.
@@dirkfolscher3001 The player was diving as the ball was passed...is he supposed to stop in mid air? you're clearly the blind one. And yes being a talented rugby player is a highlight of my life but fact remains that you don't know 💩 and probably never played the game. 🤡
That is the thing about Noah Lyles no one seems to understand, Noah loves challenges. I can guarantee you he will attempt and most likely will break this WR
@UncleMorne Ek het Rugby gespeel vir Villagers in die Kaap tot ouderdom 29, saam met heelwat bekende spelers, maar sekerlik lank voor jou tyd. Springbokke, en heelwat W.P. spelers. Laat 70's. I think I know what I'm talking about.
It certainly wasn’t late, the boy was committed! Yes!!,,, a very strong tackle!!! Absolutely legal in the contact sport that is rugby! For all you snowflakes, play tiddlywinks or whatever, and don’t watch! You lot piss me off!!
After watching the Worlds last year, I actually think this is the guy to watch for the Olympics. I think he can cause major upsets in both the 100m & 200m. Races like this simply confirms my predictions. Bar injuries, he definitely has the goods to be the best. Go Letsile.
For context while this event is usually only ever run early on the season as a sort of fitness test, this is faster than both Bolt and Wayde van Niekerk...
His form looks so effortless. Somewhat reminiscent of Usain Bolt’s effortless appearance. They’re moving like a cheetah while looking like a gazelle going for a jog.
Don't forget Erriyon Knighton. Right now Lyles is the the best at 200m. But honestly I believe there is more potential in Tobago and Knighton. It would be great to see these two youn sprinters compete against each other in more races. I think they will surpass Noah Lyles in the next 3 years.
