Hey good morning, ive been dealing with a heel bursa for about 6 weeks now and its all but healed completely but i still have tenderness when even walking around the house and im afraid if i go running itll make it worse. How long did it take for your bursa to completely heal, if it ever did
It's worth noting that you should do an oil change immediately after using intake/valve/turbo cleaner, as you're increasing the particulate matter going into the oil. Usually the best time to use a cleaner like this is before your next oil change, and I'd even go as far as to do a half-interval oil change for the one after to clear up any residual gunk.
In my case makes same noises that you showed from outside of the vehicle. My question is: if it is the DMF why it makes the noise when I detach the friction from DMF? It should make noises only when the pedal is released completely or not?
Slightly different on my 2007 model. There is no locking nut to turn, you press on a tap and push a large release lever, then you can pull out the headlight, getting it back in can be a little fiddly. Low beam bulbs are H1 and I havent tried but you need some small long nose pliers to get them out.
What a pile of…. soot. The main thing is that spraying this staff to air intake has nothing to do with EGR cleaning. Simply because EGR is sucking gas from the exhaust hence all the soot. It is the same as treating the haemorrhoid by applying ‘Anusol ointment’ to your throat. Try to spray it in to hose that connects valve to the exhaust pipe.
Turns out these are a pretty rare part, discontinued parts, $1500 brand new in New Zealand and it seems the halogen type with the actual plug are far far more common.
Hi, useful information! Would this be just as easy to do on my Peugeot partner 1.6 2014 van Having the same problem, a couple of mechanics have told me I need a new turbo, because of this error code They haven't even had a look at my van
I did the same and at first it was leaking on my steering box. I haven't had a car more pathetic than 407😡.. You don't get rid of one problem, you get another one
Can I ask how old you are? I am much older guy, 72, always looking for shoes to help me hang in the game a little longer. This shoe looks like it could help. Heel striker but was a forefoot striker, back in the day so I have sonmmwme idea. Thanks for sharing about Achilles and calf: I was concerned there but yoy helped alleviate Mty concerns. I will go up a size as my feet getting bigger. Thanks again. Will order me a pair as soon as I get off the phone.
I live in a hilly area. I used to run at my natural pace and going uphill really max out my heart rate. Then i started jogging really slowly, almost the same speed as my brisk walk. My heart rate is still not that low because of the hill climbs but at least it was much less strenuous. Felt much more comfortable. Can run much longer distances. I am not going for any race, just keeping fit. So, i am not too concerned about not being able to run fast.
I can never seem to get my high aerobic value where it belongs according to Garmin no matter how hard I run. I can run the whole 5K in the yellow and red zones it doesn't seem to help.
Sorry for a comment a few years after this video was uploaded haha but does anyone have an idea where the turbo solenoid is on a Peugeot 308 1.6 HDI 2013?
In my case, the valve was replaced and still didn't work, turns out both the old and the new valves were leaking vaccum internally, meaning the butterfly valve it controls in the intake, was getting closed regardless, meaning no boost,or, some may say, a restriction in boost/intake, a good test is to plug the vaccum line thats more to the right, the opposite to the electrical plug, this will prevent the butterfly valve in the intake to close, if you then have turbo again, it means the valve is leaking, and forcing the butterfly valve closed.
