Hello everyone! I make farming guides, tutorials, and other fun Guild Wars 1 stuff!
Guild Wars is one of my favorite video games, and I have probably spent a little too much time figuring this game out. But that is what makes it so fun. 15+ years later, and I, and others are still figuring out ways to farm or speed run better. It is truly a masterpiece of a game.
Thanks for checking out my channel! As always, good luck and have fun!
Almost always get whiped with this. Ive also tried atleast 5-6 other videos and tried every single hero build combination. Even spread my healers. Almost always a whipe
Thank you. So many things I did wrong on my first run, till I watched your video. Forgot to equip my knuckle dusters, pressing 1 to avoid incoming attacks, and running with a shield and spear set to reduce damage. Even ran through all the way to the ettin on 1 shout of Kilroy! You are a livesaver! Thank you again. Keep up the good work! Love your videos! There are still a few of us who love and still play the game. 20 years on!
This is one of the few games that I will come back to every few years and always have a good time. Multiclassing is just too good. D2 is also on that list.
If you want the z keys, Balthazar faction or the title points then yes. It's a way to spice things up a bit. You can make a team of henchman and join a round
In Augury rock you could also take the Mesmer skill Empathy, works just as good. (As long as you yourself don’t attack) In Roller Beetle racing you earn Racing medals. If you have 100 you can trade them with Kenichi (beetle trainer) and unlock a racing beetle pet in your Zaishen menagerie.
I played this game for several years in the 2000s and this video just gave me an insane blast to the past. I don't think any of my friends will play this with me anymore but it makes me happy to know that GW1 is still alive and can be enjoyed by people even today!
you would be surprised with how many people still play this game, sadly they didn't did more updates cause i really believe if they would put out a expansion alot of people would comeback
im going for gwamm finally this year so this event is huge for progressing towards that. almost 20 years of this game and never got gwamm. i thought well better late than never
This is my first Anniversary (I've played since Nightfall back in the day) ... the Dervish Staff + Anniversary Elite don't look all that impressive, you got any tips or build(s) that'd make it work? 😀
How about Radiation Field vs. Lamentation? I used on a Ranger build to do the same 60 pull and then had a spot to block them in. Got Legendary Survivor using it.
It will work, but it is slower and requires more energy. Each tick of health degen does 2 dmg. Radiation field does -6 health degen for 5 seconds. this equals (5x12=) 60 damage per cast . Radiation field has a recharge time of 12 seconds and casting time of 2 seconds. Meaning every 14 seconds, you do 60 damage at the cost of 15 energy. This equates to 4.3dmg/second and 1.1 energy cost per second. Since the Vaettir are not fleshy creatures, they do not get the disease condition. With lamentation, you deal -3 health degen for 21 seconds (recharge is 15 sec, 1 sec cast) at a cost of 10 energy. That means you are dealing 6 dmg/sec at a cost of 0.48 energy per second.
@@puo2123 so they deal half damage to you. When you switch to a scythe, you no longer get the armor benefit of The shield. Even though you were blocking a lot, the attacks that do go through deal a lot of damage and will kill you. By applying weakness on all of them, their damage is reduced by half, and the damage reduction effect of Shadow form can handle that.
@@puo2123 it's been a while, but I think I did try it and I was not able to survive. Did not block enough incoming damage especially with all 60 attacking you at once.
