great video, I have a question on removing a jet. Im trying to remove a 2" waterway jet. I turned it counter clockwise until it shut off and then a bit more. it will not come off. I tried on the jet next to it and it came off. I twisted the jet back to the right and then to the left and its really tight and will not come off. Any thoughts?
Hi Robert! Thank you for your kind comments. It actually should shut off by turning clockwise. Counter clockwise opens it and when you hit that bump, you keep going until the jet insert screws out. Sometimes the can be a little stubborn. Grab a rag in order to get a good grip and keep going counter clockwise. Please be careful as the edge on these jets can be sharp and could give you a small annoying cut. Please let us know how it goes. Have a great weekend!

Good afternoon. They shut down on their own. Additional info: With the 1 speed pump, you push the button again and it turns off. With the 2 speed pump, you push the button again and again until it turns off. If you are on low speed, you push the button once to go to high speed and again to turn off. If the hot tub is not poling or heating it will turn off until it finishes poling or reaches the set temperature. We hope this information helps. At your service.
the cause was little vacuum? What is the vacuum required for the mold, what capacity in liters does it have and, in turn, how many suctions does the mold have?
This might be a dumb question but why not use a hot tub that’s already made vs the mould? Would it not be easier since the hot tub is the opposite way around so less chance of it tearing?
What is de mold made of.. I have a small vacuum forming machine. I want to work with acrylic. But I am afraid it will stick.. is the temp to low to stick. Or is it a special material. Or is the shrink enough to get it lose. Or you blow it out? Let me know. Many thanks
Hi. Mold is made out of tooling resin. Acrylic sheet will not stick if you follow manufacturers instructions. You just pull the formed sheet out. Hope this helps.

Hi. Make sure the load neutral from the GFCI is going to your hot tub. Follow your diagrams and that will do it. (Large number of electricians do not follow the diagram or customer does not provide it)
Thanks so much for this video! About the only one I can find that shows it so clearly. My only question is how to remove the old lights from the power cable? Should they be removed at all since they will leave exposed wire? I guess I could wrap it really well in electrical tape.

Hi, thank you for your interest in our products. We are not customizing our hot tubs at this time. Three 5 HP pumps is not going to have a good balance. With the diverter valves, you would be looking at the full 5HP flow used in just 11 jets. That is not enough out flow for the power. You will have flow issues designed that way. Two 5 HP pumps with diverter valves is the way to go. No doubt about it. If you remove the diverter valves, then you could add another pump for a total of 3 - 5 HP. But why would you ;). Hi There! On the diverter valves, they do not open or close. They divert the water one way or the other to selected seats. If you are not using your hot tub, we recommend you leave the diverter valve in the middle so that pump #1 that handles the heat, spreads it a little better. pump #2 has zero impact when not in use. We recommend you close the air valves or switched as the air cools the water a bit. If you are not using your hot tub, then it will heat more efficiently with it closed. What would usually cause this ? Acrylic too hot ? Or too slow forming time? I can imagine it would take a few sheets to get it right every time yous form ?

I believe they are inches, but it does not really matter. They are standard thickness for particular color sheets. You should consult Plaskolite (lucite) or another acrylic sheet manufacturer and let them know about your project, so they can steer you to a local supplier and see the terms available in your area. Just kinda wondering could a 14' or 16' flats boat be made by vacuumed forming ? And I know they do kayaks so they must have a durable puncture resistant plastic that's used , how expensive would it be ( just estimate ) what are the molds made of ?

Hi! It depends on how many pumps you have and how many amps each pump can draw at peak power. A 50A GFCI Breaker will cover any single pump system and most 2 pump systems. Do you know how many pumps and the horse power of each your system has?
I have a 501 that took a lighting hit. 240 volts still going into board and fuses look goid but tub is dead. What can I check? Probably new board? Thanks
Hi Mark. I would double check the small fuses that are on the upper left hand corner above the large white fuse. Those are the first to burn when there is a short circuit or a power peak. This happens so that the board and pack are protected. Give it a double check. Experienced Service Persons some times miss it. If they are good, then yes, the board is dead or worse.
