American here in 2024! 🙋🏼♀️ just got back from an incredible trip to Scotland and our tour guide played this song on the bus. Now I’m going through a deep dive and downloading Scottish music left and right. This song is amazing!

Well, after reading all the positive comments about Skipinnish, it's about time we formed a Skipinnish fan club and get Skipinnish t-shirts. They deserve all the recognition we can give them.🇦🇺❤️
I'm not from Scotland and even I was feeling patriotic!! that is one beautiful song and arrangement. I can see why many a Scot would love this, especially if they are overseas.
It's a mishmashed hotch-potch of every populist faux traditional Scottish song ever written since the White Heather show. I'd award it 0/10 for originality, and 10/10 for brassnecked commercial sentiment and plagiarism .... Thank God we have Annie Lennox and some Scottish singers who can think out of the box!
Chorus: Guide me home on the Golden Eagle’s Wing And I will sing as high above we soar Guide me home where the Golden Eagles fly And I will die with Caledonian Soul
Just cane across this beautiful song when familiarising myself with Skipinnish songs for tonight's gig at Edinburgh Castle. I'm tagging along with 3 staunch skippys so don't want to look stupid lol.
