Hi, how's développement going? I'm looking into making such a system for my 8 valve tu3 and was wondering if you had plans to sell each piece separately
We made first prototypes, but never made a working complete system, because we changed plans and will work with a special ITB kit for the next evolution of our 16v race engine.
Thats a little beast . Im thinking of starting to build my tu5jp4 engine in my 206cc i see you have some videos on this engine from a few years back i want to push it pretty hard might even turbo it when its no longer my daily can you advise what parts i should go for first cams pistons injectiors ect ? Would like to get 2 or 300 hp by the time its finished do you think thats possible or will it blow in no time ? would like it to be a bit of a sleeper. If you could give me any tips would be great thanks.
Only budget is the limit regarding power level on a well built TU5 16v turbo 🤑 But 200-300HP is a good measure and with the right parts and standalone engine management quite reliable. 😎
@@SaxoRacingTeam thanks for the reply that's very good to know I dont mind spending like 3 or 4 k on parts seen a turbo going for 1500 spcificly for the tu5jp4 iv seen upgraded cams around 500euro but I cant find forged pistons or rods or any uprated clutch. I wasnt sure if I would need a chip for the ECU or a stand alone il look into them and do some research.

@@mertcan. Ah okay, you mean the bore of the engine block. Yes of course this is also enlarged to the maximum dimension, but the main difference is in combination with the stroke of the crankshaft.
Hi! at 6:36 you install the waterbox. I notice it has a green sensor (water temp) but also a brown sensor below. What is it? Also there is a blue sensor in the head what is this other sensor? Thank you!

Frage, was denkst du kann man als reiner Sauger aus dem M54B30 mit 400 Zellen (original 800 Zeller raus) Kats, Fächerkrümmer und CAT CAM´s Nocken (Entsprechend Ventilfedern usw auch angepasst) erreichen ?
@@CustomrigsDe kommt natürlich immer auf das Budget an und man darf auch die Motorsteuerung nicht vergessen, aber es sollten schon 300PS machbar sein ✌🏻
@@iainmacrae6982 some oem parts are not longer available, but regarding bearings there are aftermarket alternatives… For this specific project we used machined race bearings 🏁
