6:57 You had ONE job with the tower, Cedar Point; Give people a great view of the park and the lake. One job, that's it. Look at those freaking windows! That's soooo shitty! Are you kidding me?!
This year, I Saw The Eclipse of the point, And I Got All Rare Of My Buttons, And A Baby Chick Plush For Brad Meltzer, I Got My Strawberry Ball From The Human Crane.
I watched this one a few times Bob. Man the shots that you get. Just killer. I cannot believe how enormous it is. I have never been to a state fair before. So I am amazed at the enormity of it. The food stands alone are incredible. Lets not forget the ride footage. You are still one of my top three coaster friends on YT. Thank you CB~ Rob/Boston
I appreciate you, Rob -- thanks! Yeah, it's a pretty large fair. I've been spending a lot more time exploring the ENTIRE fair, not just the rides, and it's amazing how many cool things you can do. And eat! 😁
Bob, copy and paste all of the information below into your description field, then change the names/time code of things as you need them, and click save/republish. Exit the browser and re-launch. Then you'll have your chapter markers within minutes. If you have some kind of word processing software, I would save this there first. Then paste it to RU-vid Dale 0:00 - Intro/View from Battery Park 0:53 - Arrival at the Causeway and the Park 1:09 - Opening Walk Through 4:10 - Train Storage Tour 6:03 - Millenium Force Tunnel Tour 10:44 - Petting Zoo 11:19 - Walking Through Frontiertown 14:34 - Sign & Animation Shop 24:37 - The Amazement Shop (Maintenance) 28:12 - Top Thrill 2 Engine Room 31:03 - The Boardwalk 31:47 - The Arcade 33:26 - Gatekeeper 34:07 - Different Views of the Park
@@CoasterBob62 you're welcome. The most time consuming part of doing this is looking through a long video and making sure you get the time code numbers right. You can make life a little easier by inserting chapter markers in Vegas before you render it and they should save them for you. Just make sure you check that option at the bottom of the render options screen. Then just take a picture or write out the times and scene descriptions, and it's a lot easier to put together. Oh, make sure you put it at the end of your description field, not the beginning.
I'm still not seeing your chapter markers? Did you turn off automatic chapters? If you did, turn it back on. If you didn't, try turning it off. Can't figure out why it's not showing up. Then click SAVE back at the top of the edit page screen.
Was it hot attending to the fair in the day time? I’m curious because the fairs in my area come in the fall time cause I live in the south and you know southern states do be blazing hot in the summertime 😮💨
Amazing content! Not only are you awesome at capturing and sharing your passion, you are an inspiration to those who get the pleasure to know you. Thank you for making my son’s vacation one he will remember for the rest of his life!
So sweet of you to say, Michelle -- thank you! It was a pleasure to hang out with you and your son. I'm glad that he had a good time. I know that I did!
Thanks for the update! I keep meaning to put together another one of these but they keep adding and taking away rides so often that anything I post will immediately be outdated! 😜
Great video footage Bob. It was nice meeting you at Kings Island a couple weeks ago at Grand Carnivale. I really like your page and all your videos. They look really nice. (Dale DeLong - the guy with the 9 foot tripod)
I'm just now seeing this comment! For some reason I don't see all of my video comments when I'm using my phone to check 'em. If it wasn't for your 9-foot tripod we would probably have never met! It was great to hang out with you and I'm sure we'll do it again sometime.
Are you going to be at the Ohio state fair this year? My autistic 10 year old son is obsessed with rides and your videos. It’s been his dream to go to the Ohio state fair bc of your videos. Ewe are currently driving from NJ ti Ohio to help lift his spirits after his father passed away from cancer. He would be over the moon to meet you and be in one of your videos.
Hi, Dale! It's funny, I thought I deleted this one from my experimental phase. I mainly used some posable Misfit figures from CVS and took a bunch of stills of them in different positions, then arranged them in the editor. I made the strange soundtrack ahead of time using samples from the TV special.
As an early 90s baby from Toledo, I never truly appreciated how lucky I was to get to experience the rise of cedar point to coaster dominance as a kid, it was just normal as my home park. Now I realize how amazing the park became in like 20 years, even though it was always a great park!
