From the filmmakers of ‘Kiss the Ground’ (Netflix) comes the follow-up documentary ‘Common Ground’ winner of the 2023 Tribeca Festival 'Human/Nature Award' “…a prize established to amplify a film that best exemplifies solution-oriented environmental storytelling” and recipient of 12 awards. Now in select theaters.
Featuring narrators Laura Dern, Jason Momoa, Woody Harrelson, Ian Somerhalder, Donald Glover, Rosario Dawson. “As parents of two young children, ‘Common Ground’ is a love letter to our kids,” co-director Rebecca Tickell
Sobering yet hopeful, the film exposes the current challenges and toxic interconnections of American farming policy, politics, and health, while the farmers, advocates, and leaders share their stories and solutions of regeneration. The film shows ultimately how people from different walks of life, different political backgrounds, and different places share one thing in common: the very soil beneath their feet...and why we should work to restore it.
It is sad what folks have done to the land. I compost and at least I am able to produce soil for planting my garden! Great message in your video. Yes, we need to change and hope for the future!!!
I found my way here after hearing RFK Jr's running mate, Nicole Shanahan, mention "Kiss The Ground" and "Common Ground" during her acceptance speech. Can't wait to watch both films.
I'd like to mention people are complete garbage the way this has absolutely no views or likes at all. Disgusting and I've literally lost hope for everyone except myself and a top few.
I read the book, 'Kiss the Ground' twice and then watched the film three times. It's one of the most important, if not the most important message of our time. Helping people see the Big Picture of how food is their interface with the world has become my personal mission. Everybody needs to understand this. It's urgently important.
I absolutely agree we need to take more action and protect our planet, I am all for it but this movie has Hollywood celebrities in it and it's allowed to go to cinemas. Funny how the elites don't mind. What's the catch?
This documentary is worth a thousand words, I am glad I watched it in Luna Theater, thank you to all who put in time to bring this to our eyes and ears. America needed this yesterday n so did the rest of the world.
Not all AMC theaters showed this film today 22apr.2024 as advertised.....happy Earth (or 'good earth' as American writer Pearl Buck called her book decades ago) day everyone also.
The world is in constant conflict and suffering...It is necessary that there are noble souls who take care of the earth...THANKS TO COMMOUN GROUND 🌱🌾🌻🍁

It is a shame that all that good information do not get more attention then 2100 views. Most of regenerative farming are not able to get attention except from a handful of what i would call now believers since we are so marginalized. You should try the attention seeking strategies that works for regular population, like putting a very pleasant looking person as a speaker/bait to maybe make a little more people pay attention to the speech. I know it ain't glorious and representative of the message, but I think the ultimate goal would be that the message reaches the masses to potentially make an impact with that message. I forgot to say : thanks for that significant work you are putting together and sharing to the world
Thankfully they offer solutions after they display the shyte. Remember it's a global problem, but here in the US, we can do things. LOOK at the ingredients, know what they are and what they can do to you and your family. The US leans pro business, not pro consumer. You have to prioritize this stuff! There are apps that make it easy.
People here wonder why there are so many mosquitoes now. It’s because they killed the birds and bats that eat them. It’s from deforestation and chemical herbicides and pesticides. Birds do much more good than you think.
Regenerative farming is so important for soil health, for our health. But as for climate change, warming environment. It is a hoax. There is evidence that we may actually moving toward an ice age which is far more dangerous than a warming climate.
Regenerative animal farming is a farce, a con sold by a man that slaughtered over 40,000 elephants in africa with the lie that humans can continue exploiting animals and killing them in a wayvthats "Regenerative "
