Ah no, this doesn't correct the panhard angle, the adjustable panhards only allows you to center the axel under the chassis at static ride height. You only make the geometry worse when the suspension cycles up and down, you get increased lateral movement (more side to side wiggle). The correct way to do it, is to use a panhard correction bracket, this is the only way to correct the panhard geometry, the panhard should be sitting flat and parallel to the axel for best results.
if you sold those in the states it would be next level amazing for your business. How many 4x4's are there in the states . How many people in the states dont have this !?/!?! Such a big number. couldnt fit it that way
Tough dog adjustable suspension doesnt last one day.. Avoid.. waste of time. Ruined my trip. And cost me huge money after install cost and now i need to remove and buy something else.. ONE DAY the adjuster snapped off when turning with fingers. The adjuster. One day old is seized, the car is all over the road from soft shocks.. the worst
After one day, the front left knob wouldnt turn and with only finger strengths the knob snapped. No assistance from supplier after 6 days. Ruined my trip which i was hopeing to enjoy a great 2 week drive. Car is all over the place as shock is stuck a low setting, hard to know what setting from mechanic install. What do you recommend for the 5door variant having 215/75 tyres. 40mm or 60mm Use - Mostly long cross country drives (70/30 Good/Bad Roads) with luggage in back and on roof with monthly off-road & yearly snow drive trips. Location - India
Castor Correction is not always required for the 3door Jimny, it depends on what lift is fitted, and how the wheel alignment goes. Yes, our products are distributed in India by 6th Mile Customs: instagram.com/6thmilecustoms/
The 0-300kg spring is our comfort spring and will suit loads that vary between those numbers. If you start to exceed the 300kg mark the back of the vehicle will start to drop.
Good tips. Overtightening the Ubolts might not be a good idea. Any tips on torque values for leaf spring bushings? Just changed the leafs out on my 2020 ranger and they didn't seem overly tight from the factory maybe around 30~40 ft/lbs.
Please contact our support team, our products have an unlimited km warranty, 4 years for recreational use and 3 years for commercial use! www.toughdog.com.au/Contact
I fitted one on my d22 Navara in 2015, not coming with a factory damper it made the world of difference. After 8 years it was looking pretty tired but still working perfect. Just ordered one for the new rig. Awesome product
Tough dog are selling their suspension lift kits for Jimny 5 door in India through their authorised dealer " blue garage " . However toughdog is not giving any warranty on their products sold in India . May I know the reason why ? Arent you guys confident of your product quality or are you guys scared of indian roads 🙂. Either ways im not buying a suspension upgrade until and unless the makers cover it with a full warranty .

Hi! We have supplied and fitted the RTC damper to Jimny JB74 since 1998. Ever since it's been extremely successful in helping to reduce kickback through the steering in offroad conditions and helping the steering return to the centre position in offroad use. It's also very effective with larger wheels and tyres. On the road this damper works well by making the steering feel more direct at highway speed and eliminating the wondering feel that Jimnys tend to have.

Good job guys on successfully ruining the ride, handling & look of my brand new ram 1500 with no solution for their gvm "upgrade", even with more than double their recommended constant load on board over the rear axle I now have a successfully 1 inch lifted front with 3 inch lifted rear, looks & handles like a retarded joker driving down the road. Hands down the most expensive & worst suspension I've ever purchased, buyer beware.....
video is not clear on when to use which coil spring .. does a 40mm lift mean I will get that after it is fitted on a Prado ? which coil soring if I add a 300kg load to the Prado ?
Bullshit, what planet do you live on. It all depends on what you wish to do with the car. If you want to do extreme off road the remote res suspension of any brand will do the trick. If you want to drive on the road buy a 400 dollar set, because its not going to get the work out you would in heavy offloading. If you going to load the back up then spring with a rating of 500kg and 250kg for normal use. It's noting to do with brand. You buy what you need not buy by brand. You also look for suspension with a good warranty, then you look at gas, oil, foam, double action, and single action they all work for different uses. It goes on and on. By the way outback and that other brand are made overseas in the same factor as the above, and many other brands; painted different colours and stickers and sold for twice as much. So good luck spending you 1000s when you could find something better for less money. Yes I know what I'm talking about, being a mechanic gives you that Insight.
