My controllers connected just fine the first time I tried it. Now none of them will connect to my pc. There all fully charged and work just wine when I use a wired connection. Its like the pc is just refusing to connect wirelessly with my controllers suddenly. Whats going on?
same! exepct it dont work on wire. it was working 5 minutes ago then i turned it on to play beamng and then it wouldent connect so i dis connected form bluetooth and it just sat on connecting and diddnt connect
Thanks a lot, this really helped. I wasn't holding both the buttons for long enough, so it never "flashed", just "pulsed". Got it working now! You rock!!!
Hey VectorHunter! Yes I think I have a small one on the bottom left side of the screen. Do you know if people are just sending them back for replacement or if they even have stock?
@@LovingTechLife I think this is due to the lack of gap between the screen and the shell, when you play games, the screen heats up and inflates, so it’s a design issue
Hey Dazzo!! Thanks for the feedback, did you have any issues considering how things have changed a bit since I made this video? I’m in the process of making an updated version now so interested to hear back.
Hey RyanLion! You’re welcome, glad it was helpful. There have been a few changes since making this video but you managed ok? Making an updated version so interested to hear back.
Hey Naethan! Yes, many of the games from recent years will support PlayStation controllers but if they don’t you can either add them as Non Steam games to Steam or use DS4Windows like in this video. Hey Niall! 65” and it’s an IKEA “LACK” shelf. Here’s a short vid: Perfect Hack - Raise your LG OLED height above a Sonos Arc Soundbar ru-vid.comXBUfYaBHE_Y?feature=share
@nialldemarshwell5566 Ahhhh! 😅 I don’t recall what it’s called but it’s in this video and there’s a link in the description. It’s an IKEA tv stand. I got a second one recently for another room. They allow you to customise them a lot right there on the site too. Hey Benjamin! Check out this video as it’s more current and the controller fix playlist I link to if you’re still having issues. Connect PS4 Controller to PC [Quick & Easy 2024 Guide] ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-jyLJdN8I3yA.html
Fantastic Video Bud! What a great end result Im fellow local Aussie based in Melbourne - This is exactly what i would like to do with my garage, i know its a long shot but would love to have a bit more of a chat with you about it and if you had to get any council permits. etc. Cheers!
You can go into the options and increase the polling rate. This will likely help with lag but may drain the battery a little faster. I would increase one step at a time rather than just trying to dial it up to max.
I'm having this very issue where the controller does not wish to connect except I never had a PS4 to begin with so I can't unpair it from a PS4. I've also tried a factory reset of the controller via the small hole at the back with a pin, but this did nothing. It connects fine to my phone so the bluetooth on the controller itself is not the issue, just its inability to connect to my pc. This problem did not exist with my previous dualshock 4, which connected no problems to the very same pc.
@@LovingTechLife I thought that tool was only for the DualSense, and not the Dualshock. I cannot find one for the Dualshock and I do not believe it exists.
@duchessskye4072 Apologies! You’re right, I thought they started DS4 support too. You think you have a dud DualShock? Check out my fixes playlist on the off chance they are of help too.
@@LovingTechLife Since the controller connects to my phone just fine it's probably just a problem with my pc bluetooth specifically rather than the controller. I just can't seem to figure out what it is.
Hey NaR00W! It’s just the filter for the air going into the duster. It already comes installed inside and they include a spare one. Yes IT Dusters do sell packs of replacement filters.
Hey @mgslayer! It does but just check out this guide. It’s more current since steam has changed a bit since that video. Connect PS4 Controller to PC [Quick & Easy 2024 Guide] ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-jyLJdN8I3yA.html
This whole time I checking if it was dead or if it needed a reset. Using my great intellect, I was pressing the option and PS button the whole time instead of the share and PS button. Well thanks for the help anyway!
Hey Newjuly! Check out this playlist of controller fixes and let me know which one helped you out. PS4 Controller Fixes ru-vid.com/group/PLfZ_-x4Ns7KoVt6EQUvGXwz8AJXRfzbPN
Is there any other way of reconnecting the controller to my PC if I have already connected it earlier? Now I have had to remove it from the device list and connect it again like on the first time.
