Yall need to understand that most true freshman aren’t superstars year one - guys like Nico are rare (4th at NCAA XC year one and a contender for the track season)
The lady commentator mentioned the USA WR 4x100m team not being the fastest.. yes they were Jamaica won the gold and bronze in the individual race but the top 5 runners were all separated .14 Jamaica: 10.75, 10.81, 11.04, 11.01* USA: 10.78, 10.85, 10.89, 11.07** *(4th place trials time) **(forfeit 3rd to 4th place trials time)
Yeah agreed. Not trying to hate just would like educated and experienced people on the mic. Nice people but this is championship track and field. We get no stories, no results, no color and no clue commentary. May as well be at a middle school meet. But they are nice people.
He can't show the entire footage. These sisters are doing it for real. Thats why McLaughlin & your little yt savior Abby Steiner better enjoy their media hype! Its about to be over for the fake Pro's!
There is not much information about Hinchliffe available yet. He was at Washington State U. as a freshman and in 2022 he was running in Northern England. He appears to be of Asian descent. He ran in the Penn State Relays and finished behind the So. African from Houston, Shaun Maswanganyi who he nosed out for the win here. The US training it's international competition could come back to bite us when the Olympics comes around although our best Noah Lyles has a 100m PB of 9.83.
Noah is not our best. He just won the 100m that day and he ran a personal best to do it. Kerley, Bromell, and Coleman are all sub 9.8 so no Noah as great as he is, he’s not our best. Now 200m that’s him all day but Benarak and knighton are right there with him.
Ashe is Nigerian and he will not represent the USA. She overused y'all and she 'be screamin'" "He KNOW he win!" only to discover that Oganbrume did NOT win. He finished second. Then she said "Both him and Oganbrume run 10:04." Of course, correct English is "Both he and Oganbrume ran 10:04." Please brush up on proper English if you want to be a big time announcer in the future. It is not her fault though that the finish line camera is NOT on the finish line, for some inexplicable reason.
@@perrycrosswhite9924 People commenting should be able to use English well. Would you take an Uber where the driver could not drive well? Would you frequent a restaurant where the food on the menu was substandard? Furthermore, the commenter not only did not use English well, she yelled a lot and told us things that are obvious just to keep her gums flapping. She was also wrong when she said "HE KNOW HE WON" before they found out he did not win.
Kevona Davis has regressed so much it’s sad, she was running 22’s in high school and was deemed the next big female sprinter. Should’ve stayed local baby girl
She didn’t regress, she’s injury-prone. She’s PB’d as a collegiate athlete, just last year she was running 10.93w aided. She was in world championship semi and missed on the final with 22.3, only a fraction cost her a spot. The education and resources she received at one of the nations best universities are invaluable. Jamaican fans never see the bigger picture. There’s only so many clubs. College is a great experience they should accept if offered. These are educations far beyond what the average Jamaican can afford.
@acetofresh1 She has regressed. No one is arguing about college education home or abroad, yes she's literally injury prone and as such unfortunately she " regress" whether we want to admit it or not. She cannot compete with her college peers let alone season professionals. That's the bigger picture.
@@waynehentley4332 I understand but that’s the nature of the sport. Injuries hit certain athletes they simple do not come back from let’s hope she isn’t one of those cases but the point still remains she has regressed.
I hope she ready for them big dawgs in the sec refereeing about McKenzie long,Brianna lyston,Kaila Jackson etc…….. Nationals is gonna be fun may the best one win
