@@haidernawaz3578 yea I still don’t like them for any clearing only if I can get away with it cause I think they are too harsh for the skin. But those lines yessssss
@@777franklin big facts! The men today are too busy trying to be the top dog and high value but don’t want to do what’s required to get the results they desire.
At first I thought this was a horrible trimmer. I zero gap. Over time it got better was kinda weird. Right now it’s my favorite but definitely looking for something to replace it because even if it got better I still think it’s ass 🤣. But great for now.
I had those for less than a month and that happened then I sent them into andis and they sent me a new pair thennnnn those had issues with the rubber part by the battery. I shelved them out then next to the chronic 2 😂😂😂. I’m playing with the hiviz and the lithium li now
Yes sir, even though I’ve been cutting for so long I’m still a student. I really appreciate you especially for taking time to share your knowledge and experience.
Another thing I see alot that bothers me but doesn't bother others. When I see a barber cutting someone's hair and they stop and another barber shows them a video on their phone, or they're texting or talking to the other barbers, or more interested in something else more than cutting. I don't do that bc I like to stay focused. I know it's common and not nessasarilly wrong. It's also depends who's in your chair and how well you know them. Some guys love to come in bs, kick it for a min. But some guys are quite they don't say much, or they're shy. But I can see some people get irritated when their barber keeps turning off the clippers every other minute. I guess the bigger point for me is I may act or do something with a certain customer that I might not with another. I saw a barber talking about smoking bud.....while he was cutting a 12 year old hair, the dad was prop like wtf. Personally I think making the customer feel comfortable, not pressured or intimidated, is about as important as your cuts. I do alpt of walk ins and new clients.
I got a tip. I can tell your similar to me as far as how you present yourself. But I see alot of barbers with dirty fingernails, smell like cigarettes, breath, clothes, you know what I'm saying. I feel like most barbers are on point with this but not all of them. We're touching these people, they're trusting that our equipment is properly sanitized, we're getting close to them. So being clean and put together is a must. When i started cutting hair i stopped biting my nails and i take care of my hands. No one wants rough, jagged hands touching them. I also hit my hands with scented lotion and wash my hands b4 i start cutting a new cloent and i make sure they see that. I wear the gloves sometimes but not always.
I always looked at cutting hair like selling weed. Lol one customer leads to the next. You give one client a nice cut and then his brother sees it and wants to see you. Then his buddies come, bc there is alot of trash barbers out there so when people see you do good work they wanna come see you.
That's a great tip. Bc it can be hella uncomfortable sitting in the chair it gives alot of people anxiety. And when they are acting anxious it makes me anxious. I started cutting my own hair at home for that exact reason. I hated the process of getting a cut. So I started at home on my own and it ended up becoming my life. This is kinda unrelated but I was renting a chair at a new spot in town. Bunch of guys outta school doing nice work but I left bc they would talk shit about pretty much every customer after they left. In front of other customers too. Certain guys didn't wanna do certain people. These dudes were good Barbers but they were clowns.
This dude is a true proffessional. People complain about barber prices. A fade like that done by a skilled proffessional is gonna cost just like any other line of work. I love cutting hair. Its a great feeling to finish a cut, it looks great, client is happy and your proud of your work. Barbers in 2023 arent like barbers in the 90s. Barbers today have style, swag, theyre cool dudes, A skilled barber is an artist. Its a craft, theres levels to it. Being a really good barber with a reputation for giving nice fades. Well you the man. When you hook someone up with a crispy cut they love u 4 it.
How'd you end up zero gapping them? I just bought them but can't use the tool that came with them as the 2 screws are locked on so damn tight on the trimmer.
I had that same problem idk why I didn’t mention it I do apologize for that but I went back to the old way and just eyeballed it. Honestly they are the best ones in my collection so far.
There are a few ways to get that zero gap I choose to eyeball it but if you go to the barber supply store you could get a setter that would help. Another way is by asking an actual barber to set them for you they might do it for free or they might charge $5 or so but it would be worth it.
Yes. After your comment I had to check and make sure I wasn’t trippin but yes they are good enough to bald but in my opinion new blades need to be worn down a lil bit in order to get that smooth glide but to answer your question yes they are as good if not better than the Li
the motor is a good strong motor that is known to last for a very long time I still have sets of these that I've has for decades. now the cord is a different story lol that may need to be replaced fro tie to time.
сейчас люди не делают вещи чтобы долго использовали его. Сейчас все делает удобно но без полезно. лекарство тоже много но не помогает. наоборот хуже делает.
