Its to close it's just to worth getting the 4070 super for the extra abilities and tech. I've been using dlss more and more lately also. I absolutely love it set to balanced or quality it's perfection when at 1400p ultra or 4k high. The craziest part is now you can see in the games the differences on how they handle lighting and shadows rvery game side by aide nvidia has more shadows it seems and it's noticeable and adds a very nice effect. Pause at 5:30 you will see to the right nvidia is showing the shadow to the left amd is not! His entire shadow is missing. Peolle say nvidia cuts corners for performance when it really looks like amd is.
It's not. Not now that the 4070 super dropped. It's to good and to close in raster and then pulls ahead way way to much in ray tracing and with dlss and frame gen.
@@JegsTV dont get me wrong im not interested in these cards at all im just saying what i think about the 1560 super... when it came out back in 2019 it was very decent, the 580 was very popular back then and the 1650 super was a bit faster and more efficient,
So I play all games regardless of which ones are logged in 1080p 60 fps without raytracing and have also switched off raytracing in the driver via the program nvidia inspector
@@JegsTV , yeh, no dlss and no fg. With only fg (dlss off) i had 100-130fps. But there was bug with fg and reflex "enable + boost", it droped fps. Think u must know this. Anyway, i enjoyed graphics and optimization in this game. 53fps looks like it's 4060, not Ti))
Hello! The problem is this. The cooling system (ROG Ryujin III ARGB) has only one connector from three fans to connect to the motherboard (ASUS ROG MAXIMUS Z790 DARK HERO). The load of one fan is 0.35A. This results in a total load of 1.05A. According to the motherboard specification, the load for the CPU_FAN connector is 1A. Question: is it possible to connect the power connector for the fans of this cooling directly to the connector on the motherboard?
@@JegsTV Thank you. But will the connector or the motherboard itself be damaged if the load current at the moment the fans are turned on will initially be more than 1.05A (for a short time) or does practice show that a 1A connector can support this load? It’s just that when assembling you have a motherboard from Gygabite, I looked at the passport for it, the connector there is designed for 2A and there will definitely not be any problems.
I can get a 7600 XT 16 GB for 22k while the 4060 Ti 8GB is at 26k in Philippine Pesos. That's' too big a price difference to pay for an 8 GB version card. The 4060 Ti 8 GB also only performs roughly around 5-7% better than a 3060 Ti 8 GB. It's really a a terrible card. For the AMD side it's either you get an RX 7600 (only 5% slower than XT) which is around 3-4k cheaper than XT version or get a 6700 XT used for the same price and get more or less the same performance as the 4060 TI 16 GB. The bottom end of the stack for NV is terrible this generation. For AMD the only good card they have is the RX 7600 (25% better than RX 6600). then go straight to RX 7700 XT or 7800 XT.
By the time features will be a deciding factor in this line up, several years if not a decade will have passed. By then, the performance jump will be worth the upgrade to the latest generation. Ultimately, 7k is competing with its older brother.
The 7600xt uses more Vram, more power yet similar or less performance than 4060Ti. I don't think the 16GB on the 7600xt is really worth it. Both cards need to be $100 cheaper, at least, lol.
same sentiments. the 16gbs of vram the 7600xt is not fitting for the raw performance it brings. but i can see this card being a good value gpu down the line once it drops in price.
i have some testing videos on the 7700x. but im not going to go back and testing it. going to focus on the 9000 series once it comes out. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6awuOgp6cYY.html
i remember jumping from the fx 6300 to my ryzen 5 2600,the mayor diference i felt was the tdp,not having your cpu fan go like a turbine even with a heavy load was awesome
NGL, I think the 7600XT is shite, but when I see it in this comparison somehow it looked okay. Maybe in few years time when the price dropped it will be a hot buy.
Man, I'm confused right now. As far as I know, the 6700 XT is slightly better than the 7600 XT, but in this video, the 7600 XT shows more FPS compared to the 4060 Ti. However, some benchmarks show that the 4060 Ti outperforms the 6700 XT. How is this possible?
11/15 games tested the 4060ti was faster. out of the 15 games tested the 4060ti had an fps average of 119.4 while the 7600xt had 106.2 (1080p) on 1440p the 4060ti had 80.73 while the 7600xt had 69.46. imma upload the 6700xt vs 4060ti 8gb next use that as a reference next.
Should add more Vram heavy games to your benchmark list. So people can get a better understanding of how it affects performance when there is a lack of vram.
How come in most tests the 7600 was using way more vram? Especially in the escape from tarkov, it was using nearly all its memory when the 4060 was using just under 8 gig.
are you expecting the 4060ti 8gb to use more than 8gbs of vram when it only has 8gbs of vram? the 7600xt has more access to vram thats why its utilizing them to put it into simple terms
@zilverman7820 in most cases yes. Vram alone is not the determining factor in having better fps. But, if youre lacking vram expect the texture to dial down and stutters.
Not 4k cards so why would it matter. I'd imagine if getting a setup for 4k you buy all 4k stuff at once, if not then monitor is last item you get after gpu and cpu.
Edit: Disregard the results on Horizon Forbidden West on the 4060 Ti 8gb. As pointed out by @Братэлла БФ, the 4060ti was underperforming on that specific game. and upon doing some retesting, the performance did increase. not sure what exactly happened during the first testing, but i think it has something to do with a bug on the game. Nonetheless, my apologies for the erroneous result. Will update the footage on the next videos. Hi guys just a little update on the GPU testing. -Ghost of Tsushima added, Dying LIght 2 dropped. -CS2 testing added, using HE grenade, smoke grenade, molotov to the testing. -Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 benchmark finally fixed. hence, codmw3 added codmw2 dropped. Let me know if you have questions. Cheers
Awesome test, mate. I would drop Black desert online in favour of something more GPU intensive, ie. The last of Us part 2 - that could show consequences of narrow bus and small VRAM capacity.
