I can see how the admin might have clicked the link because they were excited about a big sponsor, but as soon as that supposed pdf file didn't do anything, and especially since he found out it could not be deleted, he should've immediately took the computer offline and powered off and not be allowed online again until it is confirmed fixed. If this mistake was made by a normal employee, it's more understandable, but by an admin, that's hard to swallow.
For such a big house, it's not clever having the guest bathroom for the guest bedroom downstairs also serving as the powder room. Have a standalone powder room and a private, self-contained bedroom. Also, I do not like floor plans where access to powder room and guest bedroom is just within the living areas. Those should be within the foyer corridor.
I like this house..... Maganda layout ng first floor..... Separate ang closet's at toilet and bath..... And yes the family room is really so private.....
don't get me wrong, it is always lovely to watch and see you sa mga videos nyo but instead of the camera focusing on you while you are explaining it maybe nice if dun naka point yung camera sa mga areas na ini-explain mo kasi parang most of the time yung camera man sayo naka focus. You were explaining about the shelving sa dinning area and you were pointing on it pero yung frame ng cam sayo naka focus.
I really like the Filipino style aesthetic character especially when it’s blended articulated in contemporary style houses . Ever since I discovered the architecture of Francisco Manosa’s built works back in my college days long ago, I’ve been interested in Filipino style architecture both contemporary and heritage/traditional.
