wow ang ganda! this house is not only yayamanin but pangmayaman talaga. I love the fact that the rooms are interconnected via the balcony. there's a lot of exit and entry ways. ang sarap sigurong makipaglaro ng habulan at taguan dito. ang dami kasing madadaanan para hindi ka kaagad mahuli at makapagtago hahaha!

When you don't have a Real View of a mountain range, sea, or cityscapes, it's a must to fill your house with all the ameneties to keep your mind pre-occupied if you're not focused on your business, school, or lovelife? lol Beautiful, gorgeous, amazing, complete home for those that can afford it. That right there is the ultimate dream house. The lighting, the wooden floors, the cabana, the huge spaces, the kitchens , the infinity pool and most especially the sauna and nature surrounding that huge house is just perfect. Hopefully I could own a home like that and share it with my parents and sibs. Super love the design and how it is nestled in nature. 😍😍😍 just wow! 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

This is the best so far. It kinda ticks all the boxes for me. The elevator is a glass one located on a corner so not claustrophobic. The bath tub is usually beside the toilet and a wall, but this one is beside a glass wall with view, toilet is far away so that's so cool. The rest are just the best.

The problem with big houses is, cleaning and maintaining the house, repainting every five years and if the property has a big lot that has a lawn, that lawn has to be manicured every two weeks and watered every day. Cleaning the interior everyday and power washing the roof, walls and pavements every month or two. Manicuring the lawn every two weeks involves trimming the lawn, and fertilizing every season (every 3 months), areating every fall (start of the rainy season then fertilizing and overseeding the lawn etc etc etc and if you want the lawn to look like a baseball field lawn you have to cut it with a rotary mower and not a regular lawn mower. Of course one has to do the same thing with a small house, you can take a wild guess on the take away and point. Time and Money.

Nice house but the extensive use of glass walls and its huge dependence on air conditioning is not ideal in tropical settings like our country where weather conditions are extreme for most part of the year. Natural ventilation, the full advantage of sources of oxygen from abundance of trees, foliage were not prioritized in design development. Huge carbon imprint in a residential property in the suburb.

Ouch, just saw a cell tower just behind the house. Not at all healthy to be that close even with the 4G microwave repeater. Once made into 5G if it is not already, I would have to pass this property just for that reason alone. Let's just relocate the tower some place else and buy this house! LOL

The good: solar panels. Yay sustainable energy and less to pay for electric bills. The bad: do these rich people really have a penchant for having the moisture of the bath and their bodily excrement mix with their clothes? Their call but for me it's ew. @@edmalay julia just clarified the cabana term since that space does not even look like a cabana at all. I was also confused at first. Plus she's mention cabanas before with no problem. And you should see her other touring videos, she know most of the "property terminologies" and knowleadgable with the texture, furniture and even construction material that some of the presentators from other channels does not know or showcase. And Julia might be a great presenter here in presello but there are times that it's okay to be confused and not a "know it all". That's why you need to still contact the team if you really want the property for further clarification. There's always a time for improvement and I know this might be a constructive criticism for you but the term "puro pa cute lang" is an off statement considering she had tour and sold a lot of houses in a great way.
