Technical help from base is not always readily available. A willingness to travel is also needed. If you want/need to be home every night then get a job in a local shop !

This equipment is garbage, units break ALL THE TIME, require extensive maintenance, and the programming/software it runs frequently malfunctions. Not even the vendor technicians can repair them. Utter trash.
At 1:56 the narrator says "represents a wavelength scan" and the graphs are even color-coded, but I think these are meant to be radial scans, all at the same wavelength.
I'm wondering if Cytoflex can quantify EVs in a sample that is comparable to Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis. I'm planning to use our Cytoflex for EV characterization and quantification.
