Hey George. Thanks for your help. I got an inguinal hernia 3 years ago from heavy squats/deadlifts because I hadn't learned proper bracing. Bought your trusses and followed your tips. This summer I decided to try working out without a truss and haven't needed it once. Everyday life, I haven't worn the truss since spring. Abdominal strengthening and core activation/awareness has been very important. I appreciate your content and online course. At 54 years old, no issues and people can't believe I won't do surgery lol. Thank you.

That's great to hear! I think the activation/ awareness part is even more important than the strength part, which is why I've been able to stop doing the workout and still be fine. I think all of the training through doing the exercises and the ab vacuums for so long has re-trained my brain to keep those muscles switched on at all times.

I have to tell you, it still feels weird not putting the truss on which shows how I relied on it for 2.5 years. Mine are so worn out and stretched but they've been a godsend to live without the bulge. I've told others about it in the gym. Thanks again George.

Doing this exercise is very helpful. I noticed that my left ball is bigger than the right and solid, I search for this and found that this is inguinal hernia, I tried this exercise and my left ball is now normal, I will keep this exercise regularly. Thanks a lot man. You saved me a couple of bucks. 👍

It took about 4 yearsof trial and error to figure out what the root causes are the hernia and to put a plan in place to fix them. Once I figured that out and started working on fixing the root causes it took about 6 months. There is a link to the exercises in the video description.

When my hernia was bad I wore the Comfort-Truss all day every day, and it allowed me to do anything I wanted without having to worry about the hernia at all. It might not do that for everyone, but I think it’s important to get a hernia belt that gives you that type of confidence while you are healing.

Sorry to hear you got caught with long covid. Many I know have either had long covid or just a short illness with it and all of those are 'fully vaccinated'. I on the other hand refused to take something that has not gone through normal clinical trials, I have been around people who have covid but so far my immune system seems to be resisting any infection from it. I know that trials for cold vaccines ( which are all covids) baffle scientists as many given an infection do not develop symptoms. The answer to that is that we are all different, I don't think science grabs that at all, they think we are all identical. Just like our finger prints, all different.

I didn’t get the jab either. I had the virus four different times, and the first time was like nothing and I got over it very quick. Each time progressively got worse but still only like having the flu, but the last time really kicked my ass, and that’s when I realized it had to do with my diet and how run down I was becoming all the time.

It is claimed that it saved millions of lives, however what is not acknowledged is that the virus weakened when the omicron variant came along. Omicron was more transmissible but less pathogenic, hence the fall in deaths. Nature solved the problem not man. In nature it makes no sense for something to wipe out its hosts. It weakened as happened in the 1918/1919 flue pandemic. The human race got over that without any vaccine being developed, nature mutated it weaker and the next thing was the roaring twenties where there was no mention of the pandemic. Keep making the videos, great content which has greatly helped me.

Interesting that recovery was your main complaint on a no-meat diet, given that most “vegan” athletes (Chris Paul, Kyrie Irving, Novak Djokovic come to mind) talk about plant based diets being optimal for quicker recovery and that being the deciding factor for their change in diet. Makes me wonder if there wasn’t some vitamin/mineral deficiency going on.. though it sounds like you put the time in trying to make it work for you! Happy you are feeling better. Your exercises have been very helpful in recovering from my hernia! Im glad to hear that this may not have to be a forever routine haha

It's very interesting to me too, and I'm bummed that it didn't work out, but the difference in how I feel is so apparent that I can't deny it, and definitely do not want to continue feeling the way I was feeling. It took a while to get to the point where I was. It was like my body was degrading slowly over time. There could have been some sort of deficiency somewhere, but ultimately I feel like my body just wasn't able to synthesize the protein I was taking in. But that definitely doesn't mean it won't work for others as I think that everyone is different when it comes to diet. I'm sure it could work for some people.

Were you taking B12 on your vegan diet ? If your not gona eat meat you need to supplement B12 in your diet you should at least take 1000 to 2000 mcg. once a week under the tongue the pill from does not absorb as well and FYI all animals get B12 from the soil when they graze it's a mineral very hard to get in food veggies grains etc because of the depleted soil from farming crop erosion is a real thing hope this helps you understand why you had no energy most of all world class althetes are plant base because of the faster recovery eating plants you were missing a step in your vegan diet somewear Andrew

I was taking B12, but still wasn't working for me. Definitely something missing. I believe for some reason my body just wasn't synthesizing the protein I was taking in.

What test did u take to diagnose your hernia? I have pain left side near left hip. And I don't trust physical exam diagnosis cuz this doctor I don't think knows what he's doing

I really liked the comfort truss belt but I kept having problems with the Velcro bc it's not strong enough, it's a real shame bc the design of the belt is nice but it comes undone. I bought it a couple years ago....has the Velcro been improved or are there any plans/options to get a belt with strong Velcro like the Uriel belt?

I do wear a support still, when I know I'll be doing some strenuous work, just in case... But I haven't noticed any change in my small hernia over the past 1 1/2 years... I'll do single leg extension/lifts, where I saw you doing both legs in this vid. Also do leg lift crunches keeping my knees bent and not extending my legs, to reduce strain (I keep my back on the floor) and planks.... I think the BIG issue, is the diet... I think you need a good balance, for most people but if you do notice that something particular makes you gassy or makes it hard to poop, then you want to avoid that... Also, if a person sits or is pretty in active for most their days, this can also cause some mild constipation. Being active plays a big role in being able to pass easily. I think if you have a hernia and are constantly finding yourself having to push hard to poop, you really risk making the hernia worse, over time, because if you put your hand on your hernia when trying to push a poop, you can feel the pressure that is put on that spot... So try to chill, relax, take some deep breaths and just let things happen while on the throne, lol.

Good for you, George !!!! Glad your hernia issues seem to be totally under control. And glad that you are eating meat again...us humans are designed to eat meat and need it for overall best health and immune system functions. I'm still wearing the truss all day every day and it helps immensely in getting through my day. I'm 73 now, surgery is absolutely not an option, and my double hernias are about a large lemon size. The truss keeps them about 80% contained throughout the day, which is totally livable and okay by me. And of course, while sleeping, they are totally in and non-detectable. I'm about ready to place an order for a few more spares. Praying for you and yours that Milton will not be a major problem for you guys there in Florida. Best wishes, Ed from Oklahoma.

I got rid of my Inguinal hernia thanks to you showing the exercises. I did have a small marble sized area that would not go away. It finally went away totally doing dead bugs for high reps 2-3 sets of 25, 2-3 times/week. I changed my diet and went carnivore 4 yrs ago, when I started this program.

This is encouraging. I notice improvement when I have been faithful to my daily exercises, the hardest of which is the dead bug. That and the glute bridge are working for me, if I can stick with it. When my stress is high and I eat sugar the hernia starts "talking to me" again, getting loose. Almost 2 years since diagnosis. Hoping to heal this by my 50th, next May.

After dealing with what I went through as far as my body degrading, and compromised immune system even while being vigilant about tracking macros etc. it definitely was not for me, although when my hernia was bad I definitely noticed a difference in internal pressure when I would eat meat compared to when I didn't, so it's tough to say. I think diet is the one thing that is going to be different for everyone. What works for one person might not be right for another. The main thing is to be sure your diet doesn't cause excess bloating, gas, or constipation.

I am able to do all of those 1916 doctor excercises. I can do up to 30-40 reps per excercise. Also, I have a minor inguinal hernia. Still, it doesn't seem to getting any smaller, I was also wandering if a diet change would be in order. Thanks for the upload. Your videos helped me a great deal. Shalom!

Definitely experiment with diet! It could be the smallest thing causing your internal pressure to build. When I was going through this I would cut out a certain food for 30 days, then reintroduce it into my diet to see if it had a negative affect. If it had a negative affect I would cut it out. This is how I realized that dairy was the main contributor to my internal pressure. The weird thing is that I didn't even eat that much dairy. I never drank milk, and I would have maybe one piece of cheese per day. Once I cut that out of my diet it made a huge difference!

They sell trusses on Amazon. If you've got a deep wallet buy this guy's. Curad sells theirs for about $20. I have some and they work well. If your active you need at least 5 and change every day like I do. The cheaper ones may require a little adjustment or mod the biscuit inside. I wear the cheaper ones under my underwear just like his $70 plus. I had trouble with his customer service and waited weeks to get 2 lost at his Post office. I was in need and that gave me time to find much cheaper ones, that with simple shaping the biscuit and care to make sure the Velcro wasn't directly on my skin they are great for support. I live on a fixed income at 72yrs and am very active 40+ miles a week walk and so much more. He has great vids I incorage you to watch and learn. I take blood thinners so can't have surgery, many pros and cons on the surgery. Anyway good luck and God bless!

After eight months I feel I’m finally seeing some improvement. I haven’t started exercising yet, but I’ve been doing dry fasting for about a week now and taking digestive enzymes frequently throughout the day. I also am using an inversion table. Today the hernia stayed in with the help of a truss for the whole day and is significantly smaller.

I haven’t started exercising yet but my inguinal hernia is staying in much longer. I’m doing dry fasting and taking digestive enzymes every hour and once or twice a day I use an inversion table. That’s all I’m doing and today was the best day I’ve had since this began eight months ago.

Also forgot to ask. Should my hernia area hurt a little when doing the the exercises. It’s hard for me to lift my legs up with straight legs without my hernia area hurting. I have a very small lump and but those lower ab exercises usually bother me. Wanted to add that I am in pretty good shape and have pretty good upper ab strength but lower left ab (hernia area) hurts when lifting straight legs.

How did you do it? Are you using the prunes? I use prunes and they work fantastic. But I also do a lot of juicing throughout the day and smoothies because they are help for the digestion and help with constipation.

@@fernandomolina1892 I take greek yogurt and probiotics. I took prune juice also. I nearly managed to keep it in for 2 days then the bulge occurred. The bulge seems to have shrunk in size a little and seems to recede more quickly when lying down. I had felt also my left side a weird feeling so I am a bit careful. I am a bit more active like doing more activity at job like walking but I kind of managed nicely during the work hours. I will continue with the work out and I have recently added ems massage to my protocol. Today later I will try the inverse stand. The healing is taking some time I still think the nutritional aspect is quite important. I am taking arginine regularily. Lets keep in touch would like to have video call with you if you are available.

@@fernandomolina1892 it differs but i think ginger tea and yougurt helps also. Stress could be also a factor. I am feeling my stomach more delicately and I also use your castor oil to soothy belly. We have to keep on with the curing process listen to our body and GUT feeling believing in God.

You should not wear a belt unless you can push the hernia back into the abdomen
