Hello and welcome to my channel! Although I am originally from Puerto Rico, I have spent my entire adult life in New York and Los Angeles. Cooking has always been a creative outlet and a form of relaxation for me. I take great pleasure in putting my own spin on traditional recipes, often drawing inspiration from cookbooks and the cuisines I have tasted during my travels while working in the hotel industry. I made this cake and I did exactly what it said to and when it came out the oven it was golden beautiful color but when I cut the cake it was still raw I don't what happen is it my oven .????am so confused don't know what to do ???need help???
Love Palm Springs, Me and My family go there every year and stay at Agua Caliente Hotel and Casino and stay 3 days and have dinner one night at Las Casuelas Mexican Restaurant. OMG! The Food and the Margaritas are excellent. I cannot wait until next summer. It is cheaper during the summertime because it gets HOT. But the pool there is huge, and they have nice Cabanas.

Thank you so much! ❤Our Bundt cake pan is 10", but you can use whatever size pan you have. You can even use a loaf pan, which we made it with the other day, or even a square pan. Let us know how it turns out! 🍰
