To clarify, the video is wrong. Slip start will make your car SLIP. Only use slip start when you’re actually stuck in snow. Slip start OFF means your traction control is on and WONT make your car slide. He got it reversed. Be safe everyone!
Cool video thank you for all the valuable information. But I want to know do you recommend it? If so, 1-10?How much did you pay for it? What was your down payment and credit score at the time of purchase.
So glad you were there to save all those baby sea turtles when you did! Hate to say this, but since they are an endangered species and are legally PROTECTED, but isn't it ILLEGAL just to even handle them under US Law?! I hope yoy're not in any trouble for doing this!
Great car, super cool technology and performance. While I can afford one, I refuse to pay 50-60k for a model 3. Bottom line is, Tesla needs to find a way to bring the price point down. Obviously these days with inflation and demand for EV cars the way it is, the price may stay elevated for years to come.
That is ridiculous you buy a car to enjoy & yet they come out with software enabling things to activate things that's on a car you bought & own what in the world!
Alot of time in charging stations you have to be very very careful because people are having sex because it takes so long and its boring so dont walk up to people to strike a conversation
Enjoyed the vid and here is my take on Tesla Vehicles. Specifically Tesla Model 3 LR. I added the Acceleration Boost, because I believe its the best bang for your buck. You get a little more speed that Tesla is known for, but not breaking the bank for the complete performance package. With the current price of $50,990 is this car "worth it"? Well that is completely subjective, but for the majority it is NOT! People don't like to admit it, but one of the main driving factors of purchasing the vehicle is simply the brand. We justify the purchase with "low maintenance cost and no fuel" and some even go so far off as building data sheets that are squeed in a way to make the purchase feel better for themselves. Do I enjoy driving it? Absolutely. You do not get tired of the acceleration and being on a full tank every day is by far the best part (Though realistically you're always at 60-80% of the estimated range as a lot of factors roll into it). If you want to be an early adapter of EVs then yes its worth it. If you believe EVs are the future or if you believe in what Elon is doing then yes, it is worth it. If you believe going EV is better for the planet then it is worth it. If those are one of the reasons you have the car... then it isn't really worth it at the time being. if this was $35,000 then it would be worth for what you're getting. Other wise, all the other things the vehicle is bleh. Build quality is bleh. The car is quite ordinary at this point, but have a lot of cool gimmick and games that distract us from it simply being a O.K car. Other cars have KLA and ACC which is basically standard Autopilot. Let me know your opinions below, would enjoy discussing! :)
How about video reviews every year . Video reviews after one year of ownership then 2 years and so on . All I find on internet is nothing but 3 years 150,000 miles and then that's it . I like hear from Tesla owners who had their Tesla cars for 8 years 10 years . Let's see what they really cost both in terms of money and time to maintain/ repair.
At tesla screen time around 10:58 you had 270km battery, in less than half hour you had at 11:26 you had 140km batter, in winter battery drains crazy, always go out on 100%, and keep charger stations accessible.
Well , bellow is my real life story.I have Tesla 3 RWD 2021 and I have to admit a proper winter tires are the answer for the safety concern. FIRST ,I installed Michelin X-Ice with 7-8mm treat, and with first frozen rain here in Quebec, bum...I slipped a few times in th middle of freeway , driving like 70 km/h. That was pretty scary! Lucky I continue to drive like 50-60 km/h with slip mode on and keeping only the middle lane. I had many different cars before, but never was scared for my life driving in winter just regularly!!! Half of my windshield was totally frozen , the visibility was 30%, not good at all !!! So, I just bought a Nokian tires and installed them today, will keep you posted how that performs. We have 10cm snow tomorrow! Hopefully it will take me from point A to B in the winter without issues. But it's became clear to me, Tesla 3 SR+ is good for a summer and light snow, and for regular winter like here in Canada need Model X/Y with AWD. Sometime, I see videos like these , folks even putting a tire chain ⛓. Not even looking for the small toyota next to it passing without any issues! Why I have to spend 60K and not even feel safe with regular recommended used winter tires, why a heated steering weel is not installed by default?
when you make a video, think about how much time you are wasting for everyone watching the video to provide a solution...This is a true problem with youtube...talk less and show more...get to the point as soon as you start. We need information and don't care how smart you look.
You should spend that 20 minutes walking around and inspecting your new Tesla before accepting delivery instead of yapping it up with Ernesto. You could learn all that stuff at home later

You should have used the directions to go to the walmart parking lot to film instead of getting honked at by farmers having to pass you a country road. Pretty inconsiderate.
