@@_HACtv_ haha I don’t know how you come up with your ideas it’s awesome, you’ve inspired me to go hard with projects and making a home for every tool and material 😂
Great job. But curious about the sparks with the trim router? Just a screw in the way? We’ve all hit some damn thing at some point! Thanks for the video.
Cheers mate! Haha nah think it’s just a combination of a blunt bit and using it without the vacuum. The dust particles were igniting with the heat. Not ideal, but looked impressive haha!
Great video thanks mate. Im wondering if there is any chance of you going into a bit of detail on the mounting of the jerry can holder on the small barn door? Is that something you did? How is it braced in the inside of the door? Cheers
Thanks mate. I done it a few years ago, but I suppose I could throw something together. I’ll pop the door card off n give you a look at what I done, as I can’t remember exactly haha. But yer, there’s definitely some steel bracing in there. Maybe flat bar from memory.
Nice work, just wondering which board as you using is it the 3600x800 18mm structural board? And do you have a link to the nicer finish board Thank you
Thanks mate! Yer was the 3600x800x19 general yellow tongue. At the time Bunnings were stocking two different brands under the same barcode. Believe they only sell the good one now. Structaflor is the brand. www.bunnings.com.au/structaflor-19mm-3600-x-800mm-general-purpose-yellowtongue_p0148884?store=6249&gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAADtbEB-2h_8JysfG4A3wkOASqo9rd&gclid=Cj0KCQjw0MexBhD3ARIsAEI3WHIiMI6HAENSJz16QRF5_9dHF0wirX6QTdMouUwMhDlfccmSMOvBxrQaApCxEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds
I’m actually thinking of painting some of mine soon, so keep an eye out. I’ll be able to let you know if it’s worth it. But I’m thinking it’ll need to be sanded or cleaned to remove the wax coating on it as they are made to withstand external weather until roofs are installed on site.
Cheers mate. Nah, the carby models have an external pump in the engine bay. The tank only has a simple sender unit to pick up the fuel and send signal to the gauge.
It would be great to put an approximate price for the build just for us to keep in mind if we were to build one similar and have an idea of pricing of timber and all that .
Yer that’s it mate. Tapped into the loom at the original lights to feed the new ones. Changed all the original bulbs to led too so they don’t dim as there is more load on the circuit now.
@@DylMCa just made it all up myself with cable and globe holders from repco. But you can get them from any auto store. Just make sure you get the correct holder for each type of light.
Keep it all on this channel I recon... That way you are keeping it what you are working on etc.... Inline with your slogan with the channel... Where in AUS are you bud?
What do you do for a living? Figuring the angles and making it match up nice. I love the separated work spaces in the garage! I have a 4 bay that I do not park in. Half is for woodworking that I picked up because of the garage. The rest is storage. Always looking for better ways to set it up . Great ideas. I will look at more videos
Cheers mate! I’ve done some work in joinery and cabinet making in the past which comes in handy. Sounds like you’ve got a decent setup yourself! Thanks for the support! Enjoy!
I don’t think it was intentionally designed to pump water, but I’ve seen people use them as a pump through the side vent. Works, but I’d say it would void the warranty haha it’s not exactly a water tight seal inside that separates the impeller and the motor.
Just stumbled on your channel mate. I’m about to build my own shed way up north in FNQ. The climate is a bit different up here but still picking up some ideas from out. Insulation on the roof is a must here. If I clad the walls I’ll put earthwool in incase I want to put an aircon in down the track. Your videos are very easy to watch for someone looking for some extra tips & ideas. Great work. !
Cheers mate! Thanks for the comment. Yer you would definitely need the insulation up there. To be honest I probably should have done the same down here too for the cold. Haha
Nice one! Definitely an upgrade! I don’t have any issues with the spare on the back. What size wheel do you have on the back? I’ve only got 33s. Maybe check the bolts holding it to the door are not loose or even could be the door latch needs adjusting or replaced?
Nah no drama, cheers for reaching out. The shed has a 3.1m gutter height. The underside of the beams at the ridge are approx 3.6m. Check out my first episode of my fitting out the shed playlist if you want, I go through a bit about the shed in that episode.
