Cool concept but do you have more of a reason for doing this or are you just showing people that you can? I mean, it's quite a feat to get that up in the air & no doubt ya'll worked hard putting that together? Thanks for the show & be safe out/up there!!
Meh, it was funny.. and honestly it wasn't even my Idea, there were other people at the same shooting range and they brought the dolls and tannerite. I just thought it might be fun to catch it on camera. If there's a next time I'm going to try to remember to film in slow motion
Got the preview remote. There was a firmware update ( Was hoping that this would get support for X3) But no luck. It just keeps spinning and spinning. The X3 does find the preview remote in settings, but will not connect🤬. Insta, really needs to fix this. I just cannot imagine. It's such a nice preview controller and it can't be used with multiple devices.

This is awesome. You should have a a 1,000,000 plus views. This may be a good idea for Alaska IF on non bluebird fly days the boat can handle choppy windy water??? Then, you have transport whether wind, rain or sunshine.
Thanks for making this video. I have an X3 and just got an X4...I have the GPS action remote for the X3 and it works well but I just discovered that it is not compatible with the X4 😖..The GPS Preview remote is compatible with the X4...BUT NOT WITH THE X3 😡😡. This is a fail on Insta360's part...maybe a firmware update will fix this but not holding my breath.
I'm kind of doubting that they will fix the problem. I think they're motivation is to have accessories as a profit upsell, another example is the microphone adapters are super similar, and could easily have been designed to be cross-compatible between the X3 and X4 .. it's unfortunate but I believe it is by design to be incompatible

This was GoPro Max, but I'd recommend insta360's cameras as they are much better in my opinion. One RS, the X3 and X4 is too be released soon, like a few days from now.
Didn't you watch the video? Ground effect only works within about half your wingspan from the ground.. and I've flown it up to about 10000 ft, so it flys great...
