How Much House for the Money. Hi. I'm Susan Swanson. For years as a RE Agent I Listed, Showed and Sold Houses. Big, Small, I'm happy showing them all. So, I created this channel to Show You Houses, Cabins and Acreage too ;;)) In each episode I venture through Town to Town searching for Cabins, Acreage and Houses with Character. Houses w/character are many times overlooked, but, here, those Houses are the Focus of our attention.🥹 Low Price. High Potential. Under $50,000, $100,000, $200,000, if they're out there, I'll find them. So, get your cup of coffee, a tea or a cocktail and Let's see How Much House For the Money. And, remember, hit the SUBSCRIBE. Because, the House you're Not looking for may be in one of these Videos 😉 Here's to a Glass Full of Gratitude. See you in the next state of interest. Cheers☕️
I would like to see deals in Georgia….we live in Florida now and everything is sky high ! Taxes & insurance are crazy! Would like something small for on land.
Those are old wood. windows...and many if not all should be replaced. Beautiful house, and the price is incredible Love the staircase but the Alabama.heat.could be stifling. Have you done TN recently? Mountains are nice. Enjoyed this.
I wish there were deals in western NC . It’s the new Florida. Fixer uppers like this are $175k Anything $250 and under sells right away. My last fixer upper is the one I’m in and bought around 2016. It still needs work and I can’t hire anyone to do anything. It’s a hard place to live here and I’m looking elsewhere to find a place to move to. Hate to leave the mountains, but I’m being driven out like the people who left Florida and came here. 🤦♀️
I just found your videos on RU-vid. Great to see this kind of information, Awesome to see see your smiling face, positive attitude, and sincerity! Side bar-I am convinced you are related to the movie star Diane Lane! 😊 From Carla in Cape Coral
The very funky house, the deep rectangular space in the wall you dont know why is there just might be where a bed goes to ensure warmth in the cold winter.
The heat is going right up the stairs in the first home shown, where the woodstove leans on the side of the brick fireplace. Would be a challenge to keep the heat downstairs.
Sometimes you crack me up 😆😆♥️The kitchen is called the galley🙂The loft is your bedroom and you’ll need the wood stove for sure 🙂🔥For $900 + a month, the marina and your boat slip should be well kept 😲I’m up for a change…. Wanna go halfsies? We could add a divider and separate the bedroom area so each of us ladies have a lil room 🤔🤷🏼♀️
Walla Walla is dead center of the state, farm country, gets very hot there but very pretty, close to Pendleton OR which is rodeo country, very little snow fall, ideology is mixed there but people are friendly. Deer Park is rapidly growing but that house is way over priced for the area, a few miles over and that house would be 50k cheaper, must make sure water isn't an issue most of the properties in this area are well fed water. The property on Madison in Spokane is cute, have seen it, and that is a great price for Spokane, be ready to get into a bidding war though, housing is hard to find here and the area is continuing to grow, conservative area for now although CA is invading, most garages are on a back ally typical of these older homes. Watch for foundation issues in Spokane and surrounding areas. Spokane is WA second largest city and is 5 hours from Seattle, a very pretty town and lots to do nearby. All I can say about Seattle is if you like conservatism, stay away. Tonasket is mountainous , climate is very temperate, lots of rain. Beautiful area, quiet and serene. Watch out for bigfoot.
If interested I have a lovely home in keokee va n my neighbor also has one right next door.Bith have been renovated in a lovely lil town near lake close to shopping which is 8 to 10 miles to Norton va big stone gap va etc.If u want info for both please let me know
You need to add the information that this log home for $115K cannot be purchased without also buying the house next to it as well as the 40 acre plot - the family won't sell individually. Also, the bridge on the road going to the houses is broken and cannot be used. The family refuses to fix the bridge, so you have to walk 1/4 mile to get to the houses after crossing the creek. You're spending $500K and still don't have access to the house. Oh yeah, the land isn't much value as most of it is hillside.
We have been looking for a new house for so long but every time we find a place it in these no where towns far away from everything it's so hard to find a place in maine... starting to think just wait until the kids are a little older and just leave maine sooner
We live in western WA. It's beautiful here right now. It's raining and gray from the late fall through early spring. That being said, our present Governor is very liberal.
