Orange Carrot Muffins 2 cup All Purpose Flour 2 flax seed eggs 1/4 cup Maple Syrup 1/4 cup Oatmilk 1/4 cup Coconut Oil 1 tsp Almond Extract 1/4 cup Orange Juice 1 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 1 tsp Ginger 1/4 tsp Nutmeg 1/2 tsp Salt 1 cup Orange and Carrot Pulp Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until firm
The thing I hate about carrots is how sweet they are. I can’t eat them raw. And when people try to improve carrots, they always add something sweet. The same with sweet potatoes. They’re already sweet!
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this! It's interesting to hear different perspectives on food. I totally agree with sweet potatoes already being sweet, I like to sprinkle some cinnamon on top of a plain baked sweet potato and it's amazing.
I’m lazy: I just freeze the whole banana. The peel will turn black. But when you’re ready to use, you just peel the blackened peel off and use the rest for baking/cooking.
Nicee! We have to do what’s best and most convenient for us 😄. I typically only use half a banana at a time for smoothies so this works perfectly for me.
