Hi ! On CamelBak and Amazon website they said that the 32oz and the 40oz has the same diameter (3.74 in / 9,5cm). But on this video : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-It_uRp1EQH4.htmlsi=cBiBmt4BgtTwuXhl It doesn't seems that they have the same diameter, the 40oz diamater seems bigger. So I would like to know what is the diameter of this 32oz bottle ? Thanks.

Some people. My husband included feel sick when drinking from stainless steel. He is okay with glass or ceramic. Hence the ceramic coating for some travel mugs.

I wish they made the 50oz in stainless steel. Huge fail by Camelback with Stanley having a 50oz IceFlow.

I think it’s a good product worth the money because you are paying for insurance that something happens you get a replacement but also you are just paying for the name I would recommend

I bought it after a very hot day in the warehouse and loading trucks all day. We only have cases of water and a water fountain. If I get a bottle of water, I better drink it fast or its hot. I think this is going to be perfect. hopefully the ice lasts a long time.

I really hated this bottle. It’s clumsy and has way too many parts to it. I also wasn’t a fan of the exposed metal springs on the lid. I don’t think this thing will be all that durable because of its many parts. I highly doubt not recommend. Mine will be donated.

You need to try the awala Walmart brand bottle. I have one. It has both a straw and a drinking spot. You can do both simultaneously or either or.

I have the 46oz. I used to use a 32oz Hydroflask but I always ran out of water by the end of the work day. I switched to a 40oz Hydroflask but by the end of the day, I would run out of ice (the bottle actually sweated which means the insulation wasn't working too well). The 46oz really is too big but I still love the size plus it still has ice and water after nine hours of work which is not something I could say about the smaller Hydroflasks. To solve the cupholder problem, I bought a pouch that I can hang from the passenger seat (not the best solution but my cupholder is in such a location that even if I bought an adaptor for bigger water bottles, the bottle would be too tall to fit). All in all, I am happy with the bottle.

I have a Chute Mag 40oz, I have it paired with a $10 "tactical" water bottle holder. I'm a USAF maintainer and the 40oz capacity, paired with the holder that im able to molle strap to my belt. winning combo on the flightline. I had another water bottle issued to me and I rarely use it. I prefer to use the CamelBak.

Oh God, you are funny. When you are really trusty, it won't bother or be complicated. You are over thinking. It's so simple, practical to use. I love this bottle because it has cover and the 2 holes to drink do not have strange taste like some other bottles.

Very valid point to want to have a bottle with satisfying tactile sensations. That's definitely a factor that people don't really take into consideration, but when it's done poorly, it stands out like a sore thumb.
@quazimoto5241
@quazimoto5241 7 месяцев назад
lol I don't understand how you using a straw is "immature". It's not like it emasculates you to use a straw...unless you're threatened to begin with. A straw is also better for building up your facial profile and giving you a stronger jawline look up mewing.

I have this bottle and use it all the time, I'm boat skipper and have this bottle on direct sun all day +40° (probabley it was not brightest idea to buy black bottle) but it keeps water cold all day. Only thing that I don't like is that cap can be little hard to take off sometimes and dust gets around area where you drink and then you have to remove magnet cap part and clean that grove. If I was buying new bottle now I would buy YETI 34oz with chug cap.

Trying to decide between the 1L and 1.2L version. This would be for work/study so have to consider lugging it around. Which one would you recommend?
@bottlestoconsider1147
@bottlestoconsider1147 7 месяцев назад
Personally, I'd recommend 1.2L, though you might want to test out/verify if both can fit in your backpack, cupholder, if possible. Good luck!

I have bottles from several different brands and all of them have a locking lever thing you have to flip before the opening button will work. The Owala is no more difficult to use than any of those. As far as it not being spill-proof, just close the lid. What kind of idiot leaves their water bottle sitting wide open on their desk? Personally, I love the straw/chug lid. I’ve never liked a regular straw but this one just makes sense. I give this review a 0/10 and the bottle a 9.9/10. That 0.1 is because of their color combos. Most of them are oddly matched.
@bottlestoconsider1147
@bottlestoconsider1147 7 месяцев назад
I agree that it's not a good idea to leave a bottle wide open on your desk (or even a regular glass of water) - that's why I prefer bottles that have spill-proof straw lids when I'm at my computer. But I'm glad this bottle is working for you!

Do you know if these are the same size as the plastic versions? I have the mag style lid on the eddy models and love it. Looking at these stainless options but worried they won’t fit in a cars cup holder.
@bottlestoconsider1147
@bottlestoconsider1147 7 месяцев назад
Hmm - I'd imagine the stainless steal are a little bigger (since the walls are thicker), but I can't say for sure.

My default bottle is a 40oz Hydroflask which I use with the straw top (they are not pleasant to drink directly from, in my opinion). I wanted a non insulated bottle for lightness. For use in a vehicle, I wanted that narrower neck to limit splashing over bumps and turns if I have the cap off. I also didn't want that sport top, so I ended up with the "reflect" line which comes default with a twist top. The overall reason I wanted the lightweight, single wall, twist top is so that I can throw this bottle in my sling bag without worry of leakage onto books or maps. I considered the "trail" line hydro flask makes but the reviews did not seem to indicate they would last very long. Your overview was dead-on with regard to bottles as well as old reliable manual transmission Toyotas
