As I started with humble GT AWD and sinned for 5.7 later, I still enjoy driving the little V6. It's fine to drive, not completely slow - of course not a racing/performance car, has a reasonable fuel economy (even by European eyes) and if you look to numbers, it runs like the famous cars from the golden era... In fact, Hemi fuel consumption is not that bad (especially on long smooth runs), but definitely puts the car more into weekend driving rather than daily use in dense traffic.
You know that feeling when you are at the stoplight in your modded V6- maybe trying to pose as a hellcat, got the exhaust and body kit looking like you own the zip code but then a real performance car pulls up next to you and you have to pretend you don’t acknowledge he’s there ready to blow your doors off? So you just keep looking forward and when the light turns green suddenly you are driving Mrs Daisy and you turn off the first exit and then floor it in the rider blow-by move, You know what I’m talking about V6 guys? You know that feeling? I don’t.
I agree with you 100 percent! I just bought a 2022 Challenger GT with the V6 and I love it. It’s a great car. I’ve wanted one of these since Dodge brought the car out in 2008. I’m now 59 years old and finally was able to buy one. It’s plenty fast and gets great gas mileage. Your car looks amazing. I’m so happy you were able to buy your home. You made a very wise decision. Congratulations on BBC all your achievements!
I love my GT. I’m not a racer anyway. I have a 4 year old daughter and it’s perfect. The service awd light just came on when I turned on the wipers. Anyone have this issue? Taking it in next week
@@NwoFresh I drove test a 2023 RT and honestly the interior was a downgrade for me and the power felt very identical to be honest I felt that my GT was a bit faster off the 0-60 the only good thing I liked from the v8 was the sound but if I do trade in my car it would have to be for a 392 or hellcat I don’t think the RT is much of a difference in power wise but it do sound hella nice though
Do you think i could run 20 by 11s on front and back of car with 315s all around? Or would 315s in the front be too big? Its going to be a 2016 challenger slim body im putting a widebody kit on
I have a WB R/T. I have a setup of 20x11 all around with 305s. Sits nice but I needed 1.5 inch spacers . Thinking about going 2 but may have to cut fenders a little
How do i find a staggered setup of rims, online at least its hard to find 20 by 11 rims for the back and 20 by 9 rims in the front that are the same brand/style.
I got mine at a local rim/tire shop I wouldn’t know where to even look online it’s best if you go to a professional shop and let them help you find the size you want that’s how I did it
