Hello, I have a question. I am from Turkey and I am curious about the au pair program. I am thinking of applying. Where are you from and where are you working as an au pair now?
I’m looking to become an Au Pair. Do you happen to know anything about being an au pair in Wakanda? I’ve been fascinated with this country after watching Black Panther and really want to see it.
Hey! Thank you soooo much for this video, it was so helpful! I have two questions though, but I'll try to keep it short. 1. The agency I'm with mentioned something about luggage tax when you either land in New York OR you arrive at the hotel for orientation. I actually wasn't aware of this until just a few days ago. Do you know what they might be referring to and how much it costs, roughly? 2. Sending money home. Is this possible? Would I need to open a new (U.S) bank account once I arrive or is it possible to get paid in my South African account, can SA Standard bank cards be used over there? One of the main things for me is to be able to send money home, and I'm just wondering if it's possible, and if bank fees is going to be a massive obstacle. Thank you so so much 🖤💕.
Interesting perspective. With regards to the difference in terms of parenting styles and discipline, do you think South Africa (hidings, authoritative, strict) is better or worse than the USA (gentle parenting, etc)?
OMWWW so bly ek jou video gekyk!!! Gaan volgende jaar au pair, in Nederland, vir my eerste jaar na skool. Baie opgewonde, en ook biki bang...maar jou video is amazing! ❤ Dankiee
Just a tip. If you ever have to do this again. Get some crates, there's also foldable ones so you can flatten them when not being used. Then yiu could pack the shopping in the crates and just carry the crate into the house and unpack. Much easier ❤
Wishing you the very best with your adventure. It looked like an amazing place you left behind. London has changed, but you're both young and I hope everything works out for you both.
