@143mariyam be sure it is Jelly, not Agar Agar. Agar Agar will get cloudy. My recipe is only for jelly. If you use jelly powder then make sure to use spring water/coconut water and granulated sugar.

What temperature is your Jello at and what temperature is your insertion Jello at. Mybase Jello keeps falling apart when I insert, is there a recipe that makes a thicker Jello that you recommend?
Hi there. Temp for base jelly is room temp. The insertion jelly is in container (cup/glass) that is sitting inside a boiling water at med-low heat. Hope this helps! Please view video #001 from my 3D Jelly Cake Playlist for the recipe.
